- Brief Overview:
- The schematics, designs, and built technologies of a deceased Liann industrialist, formerly known as Eirys Santhe, are stolen by a peculiar organisation known as Vūm and are then sold to a multi-sector, galactic spanning conglomerate called N&Z Umbrella Corporation. Subsequently the investments made by Vūm into Santhe Corporation are stopped, which combined with the death of it's CEO, kills this iteration of the company in 905 ABY.
- " The Creatura Reactor [902 ABY] " is smuggled out of Lianna before it is discovered and subsequently taken by Sith or Mandalorian forces who attack Lianna after the fall of the Imperial Confederation. As a consequence Her retains control over the technology and it's known whereabouts after hiding it from the Sith Order and Mandalorian Empire.
In 902 ABY a Liann industrialist, known then as Eirys Santhe, becomes the head of a revived Santhe Corporation after the company is saved by a peculiar non-profit based in Lianna City. Under Eirys directives (which were heavily influenced by Vūm) a new range of technology (listed in the " Links " section on this submission) are designed and then manufactured by Santhe Corp as the company sought business in the Imperial Confederation during the height of it's power in that same year. Three years later, following an attack on Yaga Minor, Eirys is announced as a victim of the Mandalorian invasion where the news is circulated across most known star systems located throughout the Outer Rim Territories (previously occupied by the Imperial Confederation) and the High Republic.
With the death of Santhe Corporation's CEO a decision is reached by Vūm to pull their investments out of the company which effectively kills it in 905 ABY. The subsequent collapse of the Imperial Confederation (and the end of it's occupation in the Outer Rim Territories) emboldens Vūm to steal Santhe technology and sell it to it's primary competitor in the former Imperial business markets. N&Z Umbrella Corporation therefore acquires the designs, schematics or manufactured technology (previously owned by Santhe Corporation) in that same year with thanks to Vūm and their corporate espionage.
The subsequent theft and sale of the stolen Santhe technology was orchestrated by Her: the founder of Vūm and a long-term intelligence / covert operative working on behalf of the N&Z Umbrella Corporation since she was recruited into the galactic-spanning conglomerate after the Sartinaynian Crisis in 902 ABY. The decision to steal Santhe Corporation's assets (and to sell them to N&Z Umbrella Corporation) was prompted by the combined Sith-Mandalorian assault on Lianna in 905 ABY; the death of their CEO during an invasion of Yaga Minor; and the insecurity offered by the fall of the Imperial Confederation all in a bid to obfuscate the existence of a rare dark-side object called ' The Creatura Reactor ' from a combination of her associates and adversaries.
Before the attacks on Lianna ended the transportation of the device (alongside Santhe Corp's stolen technology) were arranged by Vūm. The subsequent records (which were classified internally to the N&Z Umbrella Corporation by it's clandestine service code-named ' SECTION C ' ) indicated the arrangement but also included an effort to obfuscate ' The Creatura Reactor ' being among the resources taken by the N&Z after the attacks as Her did not want The Lord of Hunger to be aware of the device alongside the adversaries that she made in the Sith Order and Mandalorian Empire back when the Imperial Confederation were in control of last swathes of the Outer Rim Territories.
