1. Factory opened.
2. Codex opened.
3. Submission modification forums added.
4. Pre-Factory forum no longer moderated // submissions will not be moved in/out of it.
5. Pre-Codex forum no longer moderated // submissions will not be moved in/out of it.
6. Pre- forums are no longer indexed by the Search Engine.
7. Players are expected to re-submit their subs to the appropriate forum.

A follow-up announcement is expected of the Factory/Codex admins.
