The rainy fields of Naboo have never been active. Some ancient tribes had lived in the deep forests, but no one lived there now. Only some wild bisons still ran around the fields and ate the sugary grass. Even the rivers flowing through the fields were sweet. And very sugary. The bisons had already adapted it, but all random wanderers had never survived the sweet waters.

Dominator had visited Naboo many times now and it almost became his new home. He had already gathered money to buy a house on the planet. He could buy a tiny house at the moment, since he was successful enough to get some credits from his mother. She liked the Republic a little bit now, so maybe they can make the whole Umbara join them? But now, Dominator was again on Naboo.

He had left Theed, the capitol of Naboo, a hour ago and now he was travelling around the Rainy Fields. It was raining again and of course the water was very good. It was so sweet and sugary like the rest of the forest.

OOC: Sorry, didn't feel like posting longer. Oh, actually I don't have much time at the moment.

Verz watched his target cross the field through his Macrobinoculars while chewing on a stalk of sweet grass. He had his two favorite weapons, both appropriate for fighting a lightsaber wielding opponent. His Verpine was a weapon of choice, as the small, hyperkinetic projectiles were less obvious than a blaster bolt, and an ancient slug scatterer. The latter weapon looked as it did over a thousand years ago, when his ancestors wielded it in clashes with Jedi. It had been passed down his family line, killing Sith and Jedi alike. It was only fitting that he use it. Apparently this one was a Padawan, from the file he had been given.

Dominator sat down and rested. He wanted to meditate, but the rain was so sweet, that it made meditating harder. Then he remembered something he had learned some time ago. Protection bubble... It was his best choice to protect himself from the rain and possible wild animals, maybe? He closed his eyes and listened carefully. He heard someone. Maybe a wild bison, sitting near him, behind trees and bushes. Whoever or whatever it was, it didn't distract Equa anymore.

Verz saw his target, the rain not affecting the thermal vision installed in his helmet, so the Padawan stood out bright as day. He took aim with his Verpine and was ready to fire. He didn't want to kill him with a sniper rifle. He wanted honorable combat with his adversary, not a quick kill. He fired right in front of where the Jedi was sitting. He saw almost instantaniously, a clump of grass at his target's feet explode upward as the hyperkinetic round from his rifle struck it. He knew a fight with a Jedi would be fun indeed.

Dominator was shocked and scared, when a missile-like object fell next to him and exploded immediately. His Force shield covered him, but his eyes were damaged. Well, now he had to use his mind and senses. It wouldn't be very easy, but he was a Jedi. Of course he could sense something. Since the object came from the place the living... someone was, he understood, that the someone is a person. A sentient person. A bison couldn't throw grenades and shoot missiles, so Dominator thickened his shield. Of course the person wouldn't stop bombing him, but Dominator didn't think about giving up too.

Verz was surprised when his target didn't move. Either the Jedi was brave, or foolish. Either way, Verz was going to use it to his advantage. He got up, took aim.again, and fired another shot to keep his prey disoriented. After he fired it he moved forward, trping the rifle to his at the same time. He had his regular Army blaster ready. No need for this to be too easy.

Dominator sensed, when the person shot again. He didn't feel his location anymore, but he knew, that the Force shield can't hold for a long time anymore. He had to do something. Of course using lightsaber to deflect these things was almost impossible, but maybe he can use his minds to win the person. But he needed a plan. A good plan. According to the missile-like things, the person who shot them must've been rich enough to buy so powerful weapons. Or they had to be a member of Mandalorians or Omega Pyre, but Omega Pyre was too good. So the only option was a Mandalorian, though he didn't know, that he was right.

Verz decided it was time to stop messing around and fight for real. He raised his standard issue blaster to aim for his opponent's arm and fired. He was thoroughly surprised when it ricocheted off of an invisible barrier.
"Shabla" he muttered to himself. Well, this just got more interesting.

Dominator's eyes were still closed and he was completely non-emotional. He just raised his finger, like saying: "Wait!" But then he showed the person to come out. Now Dominator smiled and was ready to take his lightsaber out.

 

[Verz Horak]

Verz saw his target had his eyes closed. More surprisingly, the Jedi motioned at him to come closer! He halted his approach, and raised his blaster again. He activated his helmet's voice amplifier.
"Equa Dominator! You can r come quietly, or in a body bag. Your choice."

Dominator still didn't open his eyes. He knew, that the person can't come too near to him. At least at the moment. So he just sat there, waiting for the person to come. According to his senses, the person had to be a Mandalorian, so Dominator had to face an ultimate enemy. Fighting them was very hard. Maybe even harder, than fighting with Bounty Hunters. But when these two are combined... Dominator didn't even want to think about it. It was just too much to bear. So he moved his fingers really slowly. Carefully he fastened moving them. It seemed, like he was just crazy and moved his fingers like a fool, but he actually used the Force to move the trees. He almost made a wind-like thing, what moved the treetops and made small rocks fly.

Verz saw.the Jedi was ignoring him, and was confused. Was this a trick? Then a rock moved.by the wind hit his leg, an he understood. This Jedi was using the Force to create winds around.him. Well, he could take care of that. He took a small sphere off of his belt.This will even the fight he thought, then activated the mechanism and rolled it towards Equa.

Dominator sensed a small thing coming near him. It stopped almost in front of him and it looked like an explosive. A very strong explosive. Maybe it could even destroy his shield? Whatever happens, Dominator has to be careful. He opened his eyes and made the 'wind' even stronger. It was very hard to create this 'wind'. I bet even Master Efreet couldn't hold this very long... He thought. But when the explosive exploded, the shield, the protection bubble was destroyed. Dominator didn't get any damage, if we exclude his hair. He stood up quickly and took his lightsaber out. The wind stopped and Dominator ignited his sword. He was ready to fight.

Verz saw the lightsaber ignite, he smiled under his helmet. Finally, this was getting interesting. He fired a shot at the Jedi, hoping to gauge his lightsaber skill. He fired twice and moved back a bit.

Dominator saw to blasts coming towards him and turned his lightsaber towards them. When they hit the blade, they both flew away. The lightsaber had deflected the blasts, but Dominator sensed, that he couldn't hold on for a long time, so he decided to give the Force another try. He held his hand towards the Mandalorian and all nearby rocks moved towards him. Maybe his armor would take some damage, though he had heard, that Mandalorian armors are very strong.

Verz saw the rocks heading towards him and rolled ot of the way. A few however hit his armor, but Mandolorian iron was strong enough to withstand a few rocks. He fired another shot at an opening in Equa's armor.

Dominator saw another blast coming towards him and he used Tutaminis technique to absorb the blast. It formed into a small ball in his hand and he tried very hard to hold it. Even absorbing the shot was hard. When the ball was finally completed, he threw it towards the Mandalorian. But then he fell down. The pressure was too hard. Of course he had to do something. So he just stood there, laying down on the ground.

Verz was surprised when his opponent used the Force to deflect his blaster bolt, but his own armor reflected the bolt away, without any harm to him whatsoever. He saw his foe fall to the ground, likely from strain of using an advanced Force technique. He fired at the hilt of the lightsaber while it was exposed with his blaster, knowing damaging equipment was often more practical than just injuring a foe.

Dominator's lightsaber hilt got hit by another blast. He worried, that maybe he can never use the lightsaber again, but it still worked. Though it needed some repairing and fixing. Now Dominator was ready to fight again and stood up. Not it was his turn to damage the Mandalorian armor. He ran to the Mandalorian as fast as he could, cutting some tree branches on the way. When he reached the Mandalorian, he slashed his armor with his lightsaber.

Verz was surprised by the hit, but even more so that the Jedi didn't know about beskar, or Mandolorian Iron. It was one of the most powerful metals in the galaxy, able to resist blasters and lightsabers. So while Equa was still close, he swiftly punched him in the stomach.
