Major Faction Application The Dark Court

Unfortunately we will be declining this Major Faction, as the Major Faction Owner has a detailed history in escalating gossip and toxicity. You can try with a new owner, but we'd probably just perceive that as a shadow puppet type situation.
What I'd advise is this: let time do it's work, and demonstrate to the community and it's moderation team that you're just here for the roleplay. There is far too great a track record as it stands to throw you guys into the MFO room, because we simply just don't want the discord snark. It's literally all over the entirety of your history this past year, for an entirety of the year, stretching across multiple reports.
We have talked about this time and time again - your behavior does matter on Discord. From firestarting on to gossiping, I have preached against it heavily, and your leadership here (MFO) has demonstrated a continued behavior to do so, despite Staff consistently having to warn you it is toxic and against fun spirited roleplay. It borders on self-insert, where your persona you share with your friends on Discord is the same persona as your character, and the two begin to bleed into each other - with your character being slighted in roleplay meaning you are slighted, leading to bad vibes.
Were we to approve this, we'd need a longer time period of "i've turned it around and I'm chill and positive OOC", to offset the consistency of the past.
This application is denied, 4 - 0, 1 abstain.

Saying no openly allows everyone to see the reason and honestly discuss it, because you're going to do it anyways on Discord, instead of hearing one side of the story - it's my policy you will all hear of my reasoning, and Staff's reasoning.
A path forward has been presented, a path forward that lets your "toil and blood" over a fan fiction website continue. It's the only path forward. I'm not one to beat around the bush.
Follow it or don't, I don't care, but do not mistake this for a debate.

The SWRP Chaos staff team reserves the right to accept and deny Major Faction applications as they wish. Tefka said it best, we have a path forward. That's a better shot than most get.
I fucked up. Yes, that does mean we are all going to take it, yes, it does mean we aren't going to go major, but please realise that we have the opportunity and that is going to be our focus moving forward.
I appreciate the passion you have for our community, that you really want to see it succeed, but it isn't bad business, this is Tefka simply wanting to create the best, most positive experience on the board. He's been working as site owner for over a decade now, he knows his stuff.
Let's continue the great work we have done and I'll follow the promises I have made to this community and the site staff, then maybe on our next application we can see our hard work, vision and dedication pay off.
