Name: The Cream and the Crop Casino and Entertainment Complex

Image Source: Source, Images collected from Google search engine

Intent: To serve as the Hub for the Coruscant Rotary Club and Coruscant Flower and Funeral Company. The Casino will front as a typical point for gambling and entertainment but will serve as the main striking point for all manner of storylines involving illicit and illegal activities.

Classification: Massive Casino and entertainment center, Secret Headquarters for the Coruscant Rotary Club

Location: Like a knife cut through a multi-tiered cake, the casino stretches from the underworld up through the upper echelons of the Coruscant Ecumonopolis

Affiliation: Coruscant Rotary Club/Coruscant Flower and Funeral Company

Description (please use hover zoom for links provided): The Casino is a collective of multiple pieces, more or less making up a large complex or small city. As such, the facility will be described below with an attached image for visualization. The locations are listed in ascending order through the casino.

The Dirty Rat Food Court:
A dingy food court in the recesses of the underworld. They sell a mean skewered vermin though and if you close your eyes and try really hard, you can almost get the smell of sewage out of your head...almost.

Bumps and Thumps - Nightclub:
The lowest level of the casino is an extensive nightclub. Dancing, music, strobe lights, bouncers - and all sorts of deprave activities take place. A motley of purple and pink and hot colors, the 4 floor nightclub is constantly thumping and bumping. The music is extremely loud, the sale and distribution of drugs is not only seen through the pass of fingers, but in the forms of alternative dance that occur upon the dance floor - checkers floor boards flick colors from the pressure of movement, the vibrancy of the world is apparent in the mix of colors from ground to ceiling. Each floor has it's own bar, stocked to the brim with the dregs of the alcohol world- to meet the needs of the scum that would likely visit such a locale. Security is tight and night by night, the ability to get in to the club may hinge on the whims of an oversized bouncer with a club. Personnel have been given the permission to boot out trouble makers at the drop of a dime, using lethal force if necessary.

Broken Tail - Bed and Breakfast:
The Broken Tail Bed and Breakfast sits right above Bumps and Thumps and below the Opera House. At the Broken Tail, patrons can find companionship from the most beautiful humans, near-humans and aliens from all over the galaxy. The bordello spans three floors and holds hundreds of private rooms as well as some areas for group entertainment. There is a bar, a bathhouse with saunas and spas, a swimming pool and rooms where patrons can receive relaxing massages and reflexology. The companions themselves are trained in the fine arts of skillful conversation, dancing, music, singing, and even poetry. The patrons themselves not only pay the companions by the hour, but also pay a stiff membership fee to even step foot in the exclusive house of ill repute. This ensures vetting of the clientele as well as protection of the companions.

Golden Hour Opera House:
Potentially the most devious of all the sections of the casino, the Opera House may be painted in red paint, but it might as well be blood. Scheduled viewings occur during the normal operating hours, including a romantic tragedy between a Hutt and a Toydarian and an epic adventure about an Ewoks pursuit to join the wookiee ranks on Kashyyyk. However, during other times, far more darkly activities take place. The desire to see homeless people fight on stage, throwing drugs between two junkies and seeing what happens, or pitting an enemy against a group of mercenaries. For the right price, one could even hire the murder of an on stage performer during daylight hours - and through special affects, none are the wiser. For the right amount of money, anything can happen in the opera house. The stage is separated into the three section, like 1/3 cuts of a pie, that rotate on a cylinder and allow quick changes in setting. And also time to clean up any sort of messes that might be left over from the more eccentric show pieces. This also allows the opera stage, with the right setup, to be converted into a pit fight scenario for the pleasure of the audience.

The Cream and the Crop Casino Floor:
Arguably the largest section of the entertainment complex, the casino provides the main means for currency exchange through multiple levels of gambling. The games can include anything from slots to card tables to dice based games, with low and high stakes available. Money is housed digitally in a secured bank vault, rigged with anti-slicing software. A brunt of the security forces exist within this section, disguised a patrons constantly playing the slot machines. The ambiance is quite soothing, gold leaf walls with plush, yet cleanable, red carpet and constant music. Ornate and grandiose fountains decorte the Simulate horse races occur on the weekend, allowing for bets based on stats and track.

Coruscant National Museum:
Anonymous obtainment of artifacts, along with display of said artifacts and view for nominal fee, is one of the primary goals of the CFFC. It's through this purpose, and the intent to improve the world around them, that a large warehouse was refurnished in the image of a museum born from antiquity. Granit columns, marble flooring, statues and relics of times long passed with synopsis of their history - the museum is a more delicate side of the casino, revealing the prospect that not everything is dingy and dark in the world of Coruscant. It is through viewing of these displays that entrepreneurs can make their way to the monthly auction in the back of the museum, a large sitting area with a podium and delicate posh accents. It's also the location where slaves will be sold in secret, or in plain sight. Through coded auctions.

Salty Gall Hotel Lobby:
Basically the lobby for the main hotel. Place where you reserve your hotel room. Along with this, turbolifts and navigational assistance are provided. While there are stairs, the hotel, and casino, is wheelchair and disability accessible.

Salty Gall Hotel:
As is a custom for all casinos, a hotel is attached directly to the casino and stretches through the stratosphere. The qualities of the rooms vary to an nth degree, with expenses reflecting this variation. Size of room can essentially vary from broom closet size to the size of a small house. All rooms include a complimentary breakfast, dinner and refreshments on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and weekly purchase comes with a free one day trip to the hotel spa or 1 day pass to the Broken Tail Bed and Breakfast. Simulators allow for any manner of themed bedrooms, ranging from jungles and the sounds of the rainforest, to floating in space. Free holonet access is provided, as well as premium holonet access with a daily surcharge. Amenities are provided, should the guest forget anything (razor, toothbrush, dental floss, etc.), and other services can be provided should the request be made.

Top Level Infinity Pool:
The classiest place to strut your stuff! The infinity level pool is accessible to premium members only as is essentially an enormous pool, overlooking the top layer of the ecumunopolis. Food and beverages are complimentary, including alcohol and drugs. The cost of premium membership subscription comes out to 100,000 credits per day, but for the low cost of 150,000,000 credits, any individual can have life time access to the premium membership and all of it's benefits (applicants are subject to background checks and will lose access should it become known that they are affiliated with non-allied factions to the CRC - if this occurs, payment for premium access will not be refunded).

The Azure Rose Nightclub:
A location accessible only by those with premium access or escorted by a member with premium access. Premium alcohol, food, and drugs are all on the house and explicit back ground checks may be issued prior to being given access to the top-level nightclub. The music is controlled by a full-time DJ, with multiple degrees in psychology, that will alter the vibes based on the ambiance of the facility. While most of the area is devoted to chilling out, even often used by members of the CRC for secret meetings, there are locations devoted to dancing and getting down. Various forms of entertainment and drugs are available in the multi-tiered facility, all you have to do is look around and see what the place provides. A Fancy restaurant (The Flower and the Chef) is attached to the nightclub and serves rare and exotic dishes and requires a month in advance reservation. Cost per plate starts at 150 credits and extends upwards into the 10,000's.

The Nightclub includes a special VIP lounge, no rules exist beyond the disallowing of killing of any clients. All manner of debauchery is permitted and it includes a large display screen, connected to cameras that film the activities occurring in the Golden Hour Opera House.

-Security forces:-
Forces are secured throughout the casino facilities, ranging in the thousands. Their weaponry includes anything from stun batons to pistols and rifles. Armor will vary based on location and some security personnel will even be dressed in suits to casually fit in with the crowds. However, there is not a single section of the casino that is unguarded or unprotected by defense personnel of the Coruscant Flower and Funeral Company. Along with that, most sections are monitored by a 360 degree rotational camera systems that are linked to a security operational office in the hub of the building. The security is run by multiple managers on rotating shifts, through systems that have been upgraded with anti-slicing software. A whole suite of the hotel is reserved for rotational workers devoted to the security of the facility.

History (and additional details): The Casino has a long and illustrious life of being poorly managed by crime syndicates and cartels who were incapable of hiding their business. The fact of the matter is that they insisted on running the business illegally and in the open, as if illegal activity was openly accepted.

With the endorsement of the One Sith and proclamation of the planet, the casino was entrusted to the Coruscant Rotary Club, following the Netherworld Event, by the One Sith (though this is not common knowledge except to the leaders of the CRC). The purpose was to merely act like bad guys and serve whatever indirect purposes the One Sith may have. It was from this mission that the group started the Coruscant Flower and Funeral Company, with eyes towards additional subsidiaries that could support the endeavors, and framed the hub of their operation in The Cream and the Crop Casino. The Casino actually has a very high margin of return on gambles (far higher than the typical casino). The reason for this is the group acquires most of their currency from illegal activities and uses this opportunity to bolster their image not only through fairness, but also through donations and random lotteries.

The casino is a monument in the community, constantly outstretching and benefiting the community through outreach centers, tens of thousands of employments opportunities, and progressively substantial odds towards making it big. The casino has helped bolster the entertainment community through emphasizing eclectic and alternative forms of performance, including a drag show entourage led by the CRC enforcer, [member="Nergal"], and an ever popular vocal acoustic performance by [member="Mitzi May"]. Kranos, even from time to time, will join Mitzi and play the piano, as he is a classically trained pianist and percussion specialist.

The Museum holds a number of relics and artifacts and pieces of history, for the viewing pleasure of the community. Internships are provided for the up and coming to help learn about the history and provide tours (something that has turned into a paid industry for the needy, offering jobs to those who have no experience). A six week bartender school is run through the upper level nightclub, during the day, and allows for continued occupation with the appropriate certificate.

This is great. All I want is an outline of any Force Artifacts that might be in the museum and a trace (via a thread) of how the One Sith/CRC acquired them. If there are no Force Artifacts held here (instead mundane ones) then all is well. I don't want people using this as an excuse to raid for items that may or may not be there. Safer to cover your back now than later.

There are actually currently no artifacts that I know of that are held here (of note) . The museum will merely serve as a staging point for this concept. However, I would say that instead the museum is currently filled with art and sculptures and stuff like, of relatively low importance. As we obtain artifacts, through auctions and stories, we will maintain a manifest of all items stored in this location.

Than that is fine, so long as people understand that they can't claim to be stealing holocrons and the like from in here.
