Appearance: Like all other Duros, Kur is tall and lanky (standing at 6'3" and weighing around 195 lbs.), he lacks a nose, hair and lips, and he has large red eyes with slit pupils. His skin color, which is, to other species, the Duros most obvious varying feature, is an olive green. The only other feature of his body that is significant is a large tattoo on his back of a bafforr tree. Kur is typically clad in simple garb, made up of boots and cargo pants with a tunic and vest.

Personality: Kur has a tendency to be abrasive and cynical towards others. Of course, his close confidants know that his stand-offish nature is only a defense mechanism, and that underneath it all, Kur does have shreds of compassion, as worn as they are. In his field, he is also incredibly gifted and intelligent. Like many Duros, he has wanderlust, and an obsession with being amongst the stars. He has little care for anything outside of his own circle, and educates himself accordingly. He also has a strange interest in plants.

Weapon of Choice: Blaster pistol.
Combat Function: Serves best as a pilot, though he can shoot a pistol if necessary.
Strengths: Piloting. (Astro)navigation.
Weaknesses: A lack of social skills. A hesitancy for harming nature at the expense of something otherwise beneficial. A gambling problem he relapses into on occasion.

Biographical Outline:
-Kur was born aboard a space station. His parents were freighter pilots that rarely docked for longer than was necessary to unload their cargo, pick up their next shipment and be on their way.
-Because of always flying about on freight runs, the destinations they traveled were almost entirely artificial, whether they be other ships or stations. For the most part, Kur grew up loving ships, space, and the stars.
-His parents, on the other hand, were not the greatest. They left Kur to learn on his own, not giving him a formal education, too busy with their own work for much time with Kur. He grew to be rather antisocial.
-The first time he visited a jungle world, Kur was fifteen. He had seen many wonders, but the sheer size of the forest when he stood right up next to it left him enamored. He spent a great deal of time after that visit looking up pictures of trees from different worlds.
-When he turned eighteen, he left his parents ship at their prodding to find work for himself. It didn't take much for him to want to leave, but he had never had a considerable amount of interaction with others before. He wandered into a cantina on Antecedent, Blue Flame.
-The proprietor of the establishment, a middle-aged Chandrilan by the name of Shenn Rosham, could tell that the young Duros was defensive. Shenn happened to be a great people person, and most that visited his establishment left as his friend. So it was with Kur, who ended up with a job as an astronavigator thanks to Shenn and his clientele.
-Kur would go on to work on many ships over the next few years as both a navigator and a pilot. The crews varied in their shady activities, and, in some cases, Kur fell in with the wrong crowds. He ended up developing a gambling addiction with one such crowd. The result was an overwhelming debt to the Captain of the Corusca, to whose crew he then became indentured.
-It was aboard Corusca that he met Mir. One of the only genuine friends Kur had made as a spacer up to that point, and only really thanks to Kur's odd fascination with trees. They would pick up Tel as they served together.
-Blue Flame was Kur's natural establishment of choice when he, Mir, and Tel got a shore leave on Antecedent. And, thanks to Shenn's intervention, became how they freed themselves from their servitude aboard Corusca.
-For the next eight years, Kur would make money as part of a taxi service while the bunch of them, soon joined by Stannon, subsided on Antecedent, waiting for the moment they could leave the rock.
-Thanks again to Kur's connection to Shenn, who, then much older, became fast friends with all of them, they got their chance.

Appearance: Tel appears as a typical Ortolan. Standing at about 5'5" (1.6 m) and weighing around 225 lbs. (102 kgs), he has the average height, weight and build of any other member of his species. In other words: short and round. The thick fur that covers his entire body is dyed the shade of azure blue. His long floppy ears, long snout and suction-cupped fingertips have done nothing to abate that either. Seeing as how his fur maintains the greater part of his warmth, he needs little clothing to get by, only maintaining a pair of cargo shorts for decency and the convenience of pockets.

Personality: Tel is a bubbly and happy-go-lucky fellow. He isn't overly talkative but does enjoy conversations with anyone who will give him the time of day. He isn't particularly concerned with the state of the galaxy nor is he really all that intelligent by any means outside of cooking, music, and food in general. His mood only ever shifts when he gets upset over missing a meal, sad over eating the last bite, and frustrated at running out of foodstuffs. Otherwise, he is a very relaxed, bumbling, blue ball.

Notable Possessions: Has no use for possessions outside of cookware which, at the moment of this NPCs creation, he has not obtained.

Combat Function: If not running away to hide, Tel is entirely oblivious to combat of any kind.
Strengths: Cooking, Taste Testing (also read as: eating). When given the opportunity, he is a savant when playing most musical instruments that conform to his physiology.
Weaknesses: Anything combat or action related.

Biographical Outline:
-A typical upbringing among his people on Orto.
-As a young teenager, wandered off into a starport where he accumulated a severe amount of debt due to his exorbitant eating habits of gourmet meals.
-He received work from one of the establishments to which he was indebted in order to pay off what he owed. Though he began as a dishwasher, Tel began to show incredible skill as a chef in his technique.
-Thanks to living near a hub of interstellar travel, Tel became exposed to a massive variety of goods from other worlds. He began learning about all of the foodstuffs he could, and developed a unique creativity in his culinary creations in a very short amount of time.
-His gastronomic curiosity often got the best of him, and despite multiple warnings, was eventually given a cease and desist order from Orto's market districts due to consistently stealing produce to sample (or more gorge in some cases).
-At eighteen, Having just enough sense to know that this would severely restrict his eating habits, he abandoned Orto and snuck aboard a starship in a shipping container filled with fruit.
-He was discovered aboard the Corusca by Mir and Kur. The two of them convinced the Captain of the ship to allow the Ortolan to remain aboard and serve as chef. The crew never ate better, so Tel's eating habits and debts were often overlooked.
-Six years later, after Corusca was impounded on Antecedent, Tel took a job working as a chef at Blue Flame, a cantina owned by Shenn Rosham. Tel would work here for eight more years, narrowly avoiding trouble thanks to the oversight of the proprietor, before he, along with Mir, Kur, and Stannon left the world aboard Luck's Revenge.

Appearance: Standing no more than 3'5" and weighing around 65 lbs., Stannon is diminutive at best. His brown fur is typically poofier when he has not been in water for several days but matted down when he has, making his width vary by several inches at a time. Thanks to evolution, the formerly characteristic buck teeth of his species have shrunk considerably, and now are still noticeable, but not so jutting. With fur covering his body, Stannon rarely makes use of clothing, however he has several fitted utility belts and vests depending on the necessity of the situation.

Personality: Though talkative amongst friends, Stannon is not the most outgoing of Tynnans. He is nervous around those he does not know and will often times shy away from conversation or avoid it altogether. It takes time and displays of friendship before Stannon is ready to trust someone. Despite this, he is incredibly curious, especailly concerning anything mechanical. He is quite the tinkerer and has great potential for any work on droids, vehicles, or most kinds of equipment, though his knowledge is limited to what he can get his little hands on at the moment.

Combat Function: Mostly only good for fixing things and running away.
Strengths: Engineering. Repair work. Excellent physical sense of balance.
Weaknesses: Anything combat related. Has agoraphobia.

Biographical Outline:
-Born to a quaint family in a small colony of Tynnans on Faldos.
-Throughout Stannon's childhood, the village was pillaged for what little crops they could produce by pirates. With no real government, and the world being otherwise only frequented by smugglers and mercenaries, no one stood up for the Tynnans, who were otherwise too poor to leave.
-Stannon was too young to differentiate between the pirates and thought of them as a general representation of society at large. He withdrew more and more from his village, even his family, and became a recluse.
-As a child, his only source of enjoyment seemed to come from farm equipment. He'd sneak away from his room and wander the fields. The Tynnan would often take apart and put back together different devices, often in better shape than before he got his hands on them. His parents were unaware of these habits, and Stannon received no recognition for his deeds.
-During one attack when Stannon was 10, he was so frightened that he ran from the village. Being short of stature, he didn't make it far. When he turned, he saw only fire. He kept running.
-Luckily, thanks to wandering the farmlands, Stannon knew where to get food and where to get water, both just enough to survive. Upon coming to the edge of his familiar territory, he sat and waited. After what seemed like weeks, he finally got up the nerve to leave, bringing enough food and water with him in a satchel to make it to whatever lay beyond.
-After a few months of hungry wandering, he came upon a small, seemingly abandoned village of tall stone buildings. Not knowing what else to do, he lay there in wait. It wasn't long before a spaceship showed up, and the village shifted from abandoned to bustling. Stannon, too inexperienced to understand what was going on, only knowing that a ship was a method to get him away from where he was, he snuck aboard and rode the vessel to the first place it stopped.
-He wandered aimlessly around Antecedent, most of the time scared out of his wits. Ending up in garbage dumps, he found plenty of things to tinker with. Eventually, one of those backfired, due to his lack of experienced, and punished Stannon with some harsh burns. Very lucky was the Tynnan that a worker wasn't all that far away when the accident occurred and Stannon was rushed to a free-care clinic for treatment.
-Stannon would meet Mir at this location and, despite Mir's nonchalant attitude, this was the first person that Stannon ever consciously came to trust, thanks to the medical care given for, what Stannon assumed, was simply out of the kindness of Mir's heart. Stannon would follow Mir home after being released from the clinic and would end up being adopted into the family of oddballs with Kur and Tel.
-For the next eight years, he would continue to tinker, though more cautiously, on machinations of all sorts. Unknown to Stannon, many of these were supplied by Shenn Rosham, and ended up paying Stannon's way while living on Antecedent.
