Prepare for my Arrival...

Intent: To create equipment for disciplinary action within the Revolian battle-platforms
Development Thread: None
Manufacturer: Durasteel Fist: Galactic Trade Section
Model: Whip
Affiliation: Relovian, and Open Market
Modularity: While it can be modified, normally it is not suggested as the weapon is made for its purpose fairly well.
Production: Mass-Porduced
Material: Leather (Pommel, straps), Small sharp bits of Kelsh in the nubs

Description: The Cat was originally created for disciplinary action aboard battle-platforms when a reprimand was too weak and a hanging was not necessary. The Cat was invented for the sole purpose of being used on a person's back as a whip to stop people from committing any number of crimes aboard a vessel.
Strengths:
+ The Cat is made as a discipline weapon, and it is good at that. It has sharp shards of Kelsh metal that are practically meant to remove skin from the bones.
+ It is an intimidating weapon, though to some it may appear obsolete.
+ The whip is very painful and effective on unarmored beings.
-Weaknesses:
- Mostly made of leather, the Cat can be cut fairly easily and will wear out at the time.
- Armor will easily shrug off most of the damage this whip could do.
----------------------------------------------------
Classification: Whip
Size: One-handed
Length: 1 m
Weight: 3 kg
Special Features: It is made specifically to rend flesh from bone and in the most painful way possible.

Really nice submission. Can I get you take away some of the superlatives though? I'd just like to make sure nobody goes to this submission and is like "This the best whip"/"This is the most painful whip EVAR". Leads to Epeen measuring and all that jazz.
