No, but seriously, I'm looking for a new romantic angle for Caedyn Arenais and given I'm not hugely active on Discord due to work and all things, I figured I'd throw it out there.

The idea that came to mind was meeting a woman on opposite sides of the political/force alignment and the two coming together in a sort of long-term conflicted love story. They don't need to be Force Sensitive but provide some sort of animosity and conflict around falling for someone on the opposing side and trying to find a way of coming together while not betraying their own motivations and ideals.

I haven't had to bake for a girl in a long time.

So Alina and Caedyn have run into each other in the past, briefly. Do you think they would make a good fit?

From memory, they didn't break out into a fight straight away which was a step in the right direction but in terms of personalities, I don't know Alina the way you, the writer, do. I think you might have a good understanding of Caedyn though, given alternate characters you've written alongside my own.

I guess I'm asking what would draw the two together?

That is a good question! I don't know much about Caedyn, at least what he's like now, so I don't actually have much of an answer. Especially since stuff like this is always more organic through leh rps. But! Alina gonna be going through some whiplash and self reflection after her over consumption of blood and basking in the raw power of the Force to the point of not recognizing herself.

Having her interact with a Jedi that knew her before all this craziness would be an interesting interaction.

I'm happy to write with you and explore the story between them, and see how things progress; However, I will keep this thread open for other options in the case that they do not mesh well.

While it might seem discouraging, I'm hoping for a long-term storyline and romance to play out, and in the past, our threads haven't been seen through to their conclusion. I, myself have been forced to drop out of threads due to my IRL schedule, but the ones that really click is usually the longer-lasting stories and that's what I'm after.

Fortunately, I'm not certain how much information she could get out of Caedyn these days regarding any Jedi/Lightside Major Factions are concerned, But it never hurts to show some of Caedyn's more human-side as opposed to being the cliche Jedi with a stick up his %&$#.

I'm not too sure. Alina's still going about to gather up her families stolen artifacts, so that's an angle. Otherwise, she's trying to set up the Inquisitorius

Perhaps bring some NPC Inquisitors with you so that Caedyn will respond to an S.O.S. While the NPC's are clashing against one another, we can run into each other and square off from there. Alina can walk away with the relic, and it'll set us off for a continued rivalry/encounter.

Great Let me know when you're ready to start. If you want to set the stage for your relic hunt and hitting the location, feel free. Can be anywhere in the Galaxy as Caedyn travels from place to place these days, never stuck in one corner of the navi map for too long.
