Following his promotion to Colonel, Isley Verd was granted command over the Confederacy of Independent Systems' Phantom Corps; and as a "badge of office", was gifted ownership of one of the nation's five Scion-class Stealth Corvettes. Shortly thereafter, Isley commissioned the engineers of Druckenwell Shipyards to adjust the armament and carrying capacity of the vessel, as to better suit his purposes. The end result was a Scion-class Stealth Corvette with an exceptionally dimished armament, whose role went from offense to defense. In its stead, the vessel now boasts the ability to carry two squadrons of starfighters.
However, the most important changes in Isley's mind were the incorporation of a meditation chamber and holocron vault into the corvette's design. Through this, whilst under the cover of the vessel's cloaking device, he might utilize his growing powers in the Force to assist allied ships; or hinder the enemy. Furthermore, he can safely secure and transport Force-related artifacts on board his vessel, due to a specialized, highly-secured Vault that was installed per his specifications. All in all, The Blue Krait still remains a marvellous example of the ingenuity of the Confederacy of Independent Systems, and the versatility of the Druckenwellian Engineers.
