"I understand Mr Barren, your men have had quite the troubles with these.... Nuetralizers. Perhaps I can introduce you sir, to a weapon that'll hopefully stem your losses."

SPECIAL FEATURES
  • DNA Lock: Attached to the BK-62 is a DNA lock, synced to the users credentials. Meaning the BK- cannot be used against the owner.
  • Projector: The actual firing mechanism of the Blitzkanone is huge. Its blast radius is about 1.2 Meters by 1.2 Meters, over a distance of ten meters.
  • Thickened Hull: Due to the sensitive components within the the BK-62, the hull of the weapon has been constructed in a way to increase durability, making the weapon operable in any environment and able to sustain some damage.
STRENGTHS
  • Anti-Force User: The BK-62 doesn’t fire a typical projectile. It fires an arc of electricity so large and wide ranging that the use of a lightsaber is impossible to block all of it.
  • Electronic Killer: The force of the blast from the BK- is enough to destroy most if not all electronics in its path. Be it in the form of vehicles, nanites, droids, shielding or prosthesis.
  • Dodge This: Projecting a blast radius of about 1.2 Meters squared over ten meters of arcing spires and tendrils of ionic power create a real
WEAKNESSES
  • Low Range: The BK- is a short ranged weapon, and so its deployment will often come at a point where you may see the whites of the enemies eyes. Not necessarily great.
  • Heavy: Due to a mixture of dense components and a reinforced hull, the BK- suffers from an acute case of being heavy. Really heavy.
DESCRIPTION
The Blitzkanone 862 Model Volkswaffe was a weapon designed by Prefsbelt Command as a contingency for its holding of force sensitive prisoners in the development of its biological weapons program. Conceived as a taser, there was a push by elements of the Stossjaegers to make the taser a fully fledged anti-force user weapon. Perhaps even one as a contingency against the Imperial Knights, should they have ever turned against Irveric Tavlar or been sicced on Carlyle Rausgeber. Fortunately enough, the weapon was quashed for a time, until the renewed campaigns against the Sith Empire and after elements of the Galidraani volunteer corps came across Nuetralizers, a menace who engaged them on multiple occasions, incurring steep casualties.

Sensing an opportunity to curry favour with the up and coming Galidraani Free State Admiral Regent Carlyle Rausgeber saw fit to modify the weapon’s arc, creating a short ranged, albeit massive arc of energy with enough stopping power to in theory crash any electronics in range and cause substantive damage to organics. A critical weapon in short range engagements.

However, there are drawbacks to its use. It’s heavy. Extremely heavy. And its range is extraordinarily short, meaning one is in harms way when using it. Atop that, it takes time for the internalised reactor components to charge themselves for another shot, meaning there is a lot of pressure on the user to produce an endgame result with it. That and when not gripped appropriately, users have reported in testing spraining wrists and bruising caused by weapon impact.

However, taking those out of the equation, one has a rather nice gun.
