HUNGRY HUNGRY HIPPO!
I have an idea for a three part campaign that struck me right after I wrote my first thread. A miniseries of three large threads that come together to form a story.
Here's the Pitch
Blazing Skies: Siege of Crina
During the opening act Crina, an old Imperial Remnant world is besieged by a leader of the Blazing Chains Pirates, and with help from an Extra galactic force. These alien vessels are superior in almost every way to modern warships.
A series of relay probes are sent out by the Provincial Defense force, urging whomever receives them to come and assist. But what exactly are they up against? Who are these visitors and what do they have to do with the Blazing Chains?
The Siege heats up in space as Fleets emerge and clash with the new threat. It becomes clearly evident they present a threat to the galaxy much wider than just Crina.
Blazing Skies: Into the void
With the Siege repelled and many of the alien vessels smashed or limping, they take off into the very edge of space. We go off the edge of the map! Beware here be monsters! Write the tale of the pursuit, and chase them down as they lay traps and ambushes attempting to shake their pursuers.
Blazing Skies: Showdown
Still in uncharted territories our heroes find themselves at the source of the attackers fleet. Black Hole station. Originally a manufacturing station it's been converted by Blazing chains Pirates as well as Rogue Elements such as The Deathwatch, A Cult of Witches, and Yuuzhan vong.
Defended by three orbital platforms and crawling with troops, it'll be hard station to crack, and an even harder task to get to the source of thier union.
A Dark Jedi Master, whose identity is unknown, but whose designs are certain. Total victory, or total destruction....

I could really care less about alignment, or whose Faction is whose etc. I'm here for a story, with as many folks from as many different backgrounds as possible. We got tons of potential here, from Fleet Battles, to Raging CQB aboard Vessels and stations.
Will you aid the Dark tides? Or will you fight beside stranger, friend and foe alike Against them??
