Raised under harsh discipline and shaped by constant training, Reign and Rellik at their coming of age began to build this new society stemming from Bastion. When they emerged onto the galactic stage they rejected the idea that the galaxy's endless wars were inevitable. They offered a simple ultimatum: Join us in peace, or be crushed. Most refused.
From its northern territories, the Diarchy expanded through coordination, sacrifice, and force. Bastion, once a world built solely for war, became a fortified capital of industry, logistics, and civilian life.
The Diarchy fought its first true wars against the Gree, secured economic independence through Muunilinst, and survived atrocity during the Sartinaynian Crisis when Bastion itself was bombarded. In response, it transformed its defenses, hardening its borders and abandoned any illusion that goodwill alone could protect its people.
Now, its borders have reached the other major powers of the galaxy. Mandalore stands openly hostile. Black Sun plots in the dark. Imperials whisper. The Galactic Empire looms. The High Republic watches.
The Diarchy does not stand unchallenged. It stands prepared.
