The Diarchy

The Diarchy is a galactic state forged at the edge between control and freedom. Teetering the line between the light and dark side of the force. Finding its way in a brutal galaxy while trying to hold unto a shed of its light. Hoping that a new path divergent of the Jedi's inability to do what is necessary and the Sith's ability to do what is not - could create a new era of peace for all.

It has been built into a warrior culture that understands the cost of peace and accepts that security is never free. Blood has been paid for stability, and that price is neither hidden nor denied. Through constant threat and attack the morally grey Diarchy has now become harder against its enemies and more paranoid about its security. Darker urges lurk at its periphery as it tries to keep its heart open to alliances and peace.

Constant wars across the stars take endless social aid. Refugees, orphans, and wounded veterans fill their nationalized housing. Threats from Super power states are now on constant repeat across holo's. The North mobilizes for war on all fronts. While never relenting on its oath to uplift its people and give them freedom, security, and justice.

Over time, its people have come to value it's shared effort as a noble cause. Strong social programs, shared sacrifice, and leaders who fight alongside their citizens have shaped a society that is open, interconnected, and resilient. Every life within Diarchal space is valued as a Diarchy life.

In the North, light and dark converge. Power is distributed, and individuals walk vastly different paths. Yet a shared trust has taken root among its people. The Diarchy endures not because all agree, but because they rely on one another.
