SPECIAL FEATURES
  • Enchanted
    • When any hand but Lady Izanami's touches the enchanted coins, the hidden spell Qâzoi Kyantuska awakens at once, its power sliding inward like a whispered command rather than a spoken curse. The afflicted can quite more often than not fall into a waking trance, bodies frozen in hypnotic paralysis while awareness lingers cruelly intact, their thoughts muffled and their will stripped away, leaving them unable to command even their own breath or motion. If the caster maintains direct physical contact, the enchantment sharpens into domination, opening a direct passage into the victim's mind through which intent alone could compel obedience, forcing thoughts, movements, and actions to unfold exactly as desired, regardless of the victim's helpless resistance. Naturally, when the spell is released, both enchantment and coin have exhausted their usefulness; the coin falling into obscurity. For those sentient species and such that are immune to mental invasions, they have a better opportunity of brushing away the spell, or not feel anything at all, than lesser minds.
STRENGTHS
  • The Enchantment
    • The coins possess no inherent power of craftsmanship, wealth, or durability; their sole and defining strength lies in the enchantments cursed upon them. Stripped of magic, they would be nothing more than corrupted discs of lifeless metal, devoid of purpose or value. It is the curse alone that grants them significance, transforming otherwise inert objects into instruments of domination and dread.
WEAKNESSES
  • That Lot
    • The coins are profoundly vulnerable to suppression and nullification devices and abilities, their power faltering the moment external fields interfere with the enchantments bound within them, including certain Force based intrusions. Under such influence, the spell can collapse entirely, leaving the coins powerless and unable to exert even the faintest hold over mind or body.
DESCRIPTION

Lady Izanami conceived the enchanted coins not as currency, but as a lesson given shape; born during her long wanderings through forgotten cantinas, war markets, and shadowed courts where greed and impulse ruled more faithfully than law. Observing how easily mortals surrendered judgment for coin or favor, she resolved to forge an object that mirrored that weakness back upon them. Drawing upon forbidden tomes and remembered ur-Kittât rites, she struck the coins from flawless Durite beneath a moonless sky, engraving each rune by hand while weaving fragments of her own will into the metal. The process was deliberate and cruelly precise, ensuring the coins would never respond to her touch, only to the covetous hands of others.

The final enchantment was sealed through sacrifice, not of blood, but of darkness, corrupting the Durite's sheen into ash as Qâzoi Kyantuska was bound within the runes. To her, they were neither weapons nor tools of convenience, but quiet instruments of control and observation, proof that domination need not be enforced through armies or blades. The coins endure as a testament to her philosophy; that true power lies not in force alone, but in understanding how eagerly others surrender themselves when temptation is placed just within reach.

  • Material:
    • Sith Runes
      • Each rune etched into the coins is engraved in ancient, Force-infused ur-Kittât, the characters cut so deeply they seem to drink in light and hum with restrained power.
    • Durite
      • The coins were originally struck from polished black Durite, their surfaces gleaming with a mirror-like sheen that reflected light like liquid shadow. Once the enchantment took hold, the metal's luster withered into an ashen pallor, as if the spell itself had leeched the brightness away, leaving the Durite corrupted and dull, drained of its former shine.
