  • Designed to be adaptable and well-rounded.
  • Can be used beneath armor.
  • Comfortable and highly resistant, suited for day-to-day use while providing coverage from most forms of damage.

  • Zenith-mesh: The main material of the bodysuit, thanks to the properties of Zenith-mesh it can withstand impressive amounts of kinetic damage and is remarkably durable against energy weapons as well. Its wearer can rest assured that most falls, collisions, slugs or other forms of impacts will barely be felt as they are protected by the molecular properties of the mesh. The same applies to blaster fire, which will only be felt as a warm sensation on the are of impact.
  • Practical: Comfortable and light, the Arx offers high protection while still being a great option for day to day wear, specially for those at risk of work hazards (explorers, construction workers, mercenaries, etc.).
  • Inconspicuous Power: Punching something covered in Zenith-mesh is like punching a titanium wall and yet the Arx looks like any other piece of form-fitting clothing, there is nothing that gives its properties away.
  • Insulator: The Arx bodysuit naturally responds to changes in temperature. It will keep its user warm when its cold, and fresh when its hot.
  • Modular: It was designed for its potential use with exoskeleton-like armor and light armor, to better suit it for high-risk scenarios such as battlefields.

  • Light-armor: The Arx is impressive, but its still only a light bodysuit and must be treated as such. It keeps its user safe, but not as safe as proper armor would. In addition to this, for those not yet familiarized with Zenith-mesh it might be hard to properly assess its limits leading to overestimating its capabilities. Zenith-mesh will keep one safe from a several meters high fall or an incredibly powerful punch, this does not mean one can jump off of the top of a skyscraper or get hit by high-speed vehicle and expect to walk out alive.
  • Processing: The process that the Zenith-mesh must go through to be used in production slightly lowers its natural properties, the Arx suit is still very resilient but not as much as pure, un-processed Zenith-mesh.
  • Zenith-mesh: The Arx can withstand blaster fire but its real resistance is against kinetic damage. The user will be safe if suddenly caught in a crossfire, but its not a good idea to stay there for long. Furthermore, its kinetic-nullifying abilities are halted while the suit is resisting blaster fire, leaving one vulnerable to kinetic attacks.
  • EMP/Ion: The bodysuit offers no protection about EMP/Ion disruptors and therefore its not well suited to be used in conjunction with technology on its own.
  • Durability: The more the suit is abused, the shorter its useful life will be before the molecular structure of the Zenith-mesh takes damage and loses its properties. Furthermore, if the suit suffers severe damage (tear, lightsaber burn, etc.), the area around the damage will lose most of its protective properties.

Designed by Praesidium Corporation, the Arx bodysuit is meant to be both a good option for daily wear for those who often find themselves in risky situations as well as to be worn by professional forces beneath specialized armor. A few years since its initial release, it stand today es the most popularized form of Zenith-mesh product and acclaimed for its adaptability, efficiency and comfort. It is considered a must by most Geminian armed forces and sought after by many civilians. The Arx bodysuit has recently received approval for inter-planetary commercialization as well.
