Intent: To expand on the creations of Darth Pyrrhus, have them listed in a submission rather than just referenced in writing, and have them feel more ‘alive’ than they do in their canon wiki articles. This particular one is to serve as his only amulet and offer a layer of protection, although it’s technically nothing he couldn’t throw up with the Force on his own
Development Thread: N/A
Manufacturer: Darth Pyrrhus
Model: N/A
Affiliation: Darth Pyrrhus
Modularity: No
Production: Unique
Material: Alchemised metal, a fancy gem

Strengths:
+Protection - Protects the wearer from all forms of energy based attacks, including Force-based assaults
+Absorption - Absorbs the energy directed at it and stores it as a power source

Weaknesses:
-Charging - Requires an infusion of energy at least once a week
-Overload - The amulet can be overloaded, and doesn’t provide an infinite defense by any means. It’s a shield that’ll take its beating and then break if exposed to too much pressure. Will require charging after these instances.
-Light Side - Can be destroyed by a concentrated infusion of the Light Side channeled and focused into the amulet.

Description:
The amulet was forged deep within the underwater Sith academy of Glee Anselm. Though the academy has mostly been abandoned since the collapse of the One Sith empire, its master and creator still remain to take advantage of its facilities when needed. The structure has seemingly remained undetected, shrouded by the elusive and deceptive Dark Side.

The amulet is held by a necklace of alchemised metal with a golden coloured coating. Despite its light and thin appearance, the material is remarkably sturdy and cannot be easily pulled off. Looks can be deceiving, especially when concerning the creations of a Sith sorcerer. The amulet itself is infused with the Dark Side, and until that has been completely banished from it, it will not give way. The gem appears like an oval, glass-like orb with a golden circle within, surrounding its core. Outside the circle, dark and grey waves move in a snake-like pattern, though within it there’s nothing but darkness. Its core is better described visually as a seemingly bottomless abyss, rather than simply ‘black’.

The amulet was created with one simple purpose in mind. It’s a purely defensive creation, aimed at protecting the wearer from all forms of energy based attacks, including those conjured through the use of the Force. It is imbued with the nature of hunger, and it feeds through the Force. Its sustenance are these energy based attacks that otherwise would be coming at its owner with hostile intent. These energies are subsequently directed at it when detected and absorbed within it, effectively storing them as a power source. Regardless of any exposure to such energies or lack thereof, it will require an infusion of energy at least once a week from its owner. Should its powers be exhausted or otherwise broken this will also require an infusion of energy to restore its functionality. While it's generally able to sustain itself, three minutes of intense usage will lead to it shutting out.

Being a product of dark alchemy and Sith sorcery, the amulet has a distinctly dark presence. While it is seemingly loyal to its owner, currently Darth Pyrrhus, it is a deceptive creation ultimately motivated by hunger above anything else. Will betray master for food.

Added this line to the end of the third paragraph under 'Description':

While it's generally able to sustain itself, three minutes of intense usage will lead to it shutting out.
