Private The Adventures of Snotface and Goofball: Over the Moon

Lori smirked a little, imagining a whole army of Loreenas calling Caedyn Arenais Snotface. That would probably be a nightmare for him.

She nodded a little in his response about hunting down their 'brother'. If he slipped away with no one noticing, then how many contacts would even be useful if no one knew that he had gone? In her mind it was as though they didn't want to find him.

"Well if I see or hear anything, I'll let you know." Although it was doubtful as she tended to stay on the eastern side of the Galaxy, which had very few Sith to deal with. Just Imperials. So it wasn't as though he'd end up her way. He didn't even know that she existed and until a few moments ago, she didn't know about him either.

But right now she had to focus on the Ewoks. Surely they'd be arriving at the next villiage soon.

Caedyn's Commlink blipped as the pair of them were walking, heavy in their own discussion that he almost didn't hear it. Tugging the device free from his belt once more, he raised it higher to his mouth and pressed down on the mic toggle; "Got something for us Lex?" he asked, the channel being connected to the Repertoire and his droid companion and co-pilot.

"Sir, I fear you may be coming upon some form of activity. You're just a click away from your target, and scanners are indicating numerous life signs in the vicinity. I advise caution lest these be the same guilty persons you and Master Loreena are searching for".

"Copy that Lex, remain on standby. We're going radio-silent. Caedyn out" the Jedi Knight responded before deactivating the comms-device and turning his gaze to his Sister who would have clearly and easily heard the droid's news. He had been hoping that they wouldn't be walking into another fight when they had been travelling to Endor, but it seemed they often found situations like this one where there were others in need of their services. Sadly, those that had the heart to help others were highly sought after in a Galaxy such as their own.

"How do you want to play this?" he asked Loreena Arenais-Valhoun Loreena Arenais-Valhoun , wondering if she wished to take the lead given this was her operation. Caedyn was there for support, to help if there was anything he could do to further his Sister's cause and better support the people who suffered.

The words of Lex were of two sides of the coin. On the one hand, they could come across a village of Ewoks that had been untouched by the Imperials or whomever it was that has slaughtered the other village. But on the other hand they could be coming up to the slaughter taking place at that moment. Or the aftermath...

Lori hoped for the former. And she was sure that Caedyn Arenais did too.

She placed her hand on her blaster as she walked, now wishing that she had brought The Hornet with her. Those explosive arrows of hers would have put in quite the punch. Not to mention they'd catch everyone by surprise. But oh well. Hindsight is 20/20 so they say.

There was no sound when the pair continued their approach. Was Lex covering the right area with the ship's sensors?

And then she saw it. Fireworks exploded out of the trees, high into the air. However what fell down wasn't little sparks of coloured light, but instead it was....popcorn and sprinkles? Seriously? Lori rubbed her eyes to see if what she was seeing was true. Yet when her vision refocused, the popcorn and sprinkles were still falling from the sky.

One of the firework rockets soon zoomed through the air towards the two of them. It came out of the blue, and Lori caught wind of it mere moments before it struck...

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Lori awoke in a gasp, her heart racing as she sat up, coming to the realization that she wasn't on the forest moon of Endor at all, but on her bed inside of the Jaster's Delight.
"It was a dream?" Her brows furrowed as the whole thing seemed so real. So much detail, so much was taken off her chest and yet...the popcorn and sprinkles was a dead giveaway. Lori brought her knees up to her chest and wrapped her arms around them. "That's the last time that I gorge myself on an icecream sundae before bed..." She rested her forehead on her knees and stayed there until her heart's pace returned to normal.
She wasn't going to tell her brother about the dream at all. Or anyone else. There was no point. They'd just laugh at her or think she was crazy. No doubt by next week she'd of forgotten it. That at least was something to look forward to.
-The End-
Decided to end the thread this way. As stated in a previous DM, the whole Ewok fast food sub was made as a joke, and apparently we weren't supposed to take it seriously. So we all had decided to just drop it and pretend it didn't exist.
