That Belongs to Me

Ailyn Syphex

Koda Fett's Apartment, Nar Shaddaa, Hutt Space, The Middle Rim
Interacting With: [member="Jairdain"]
The two arrived at the door, or as they went on their way towards it she was spoken to by the blind woman. It was an odd predicament, the people she would assume Koda had come to interact with during his career were nothing like this. Jairdain was kind, passive and genuine - she figured rude, aggressive and uncaring. Her head briefly pivoted downwards, facing the left as Jairdain was on her right. "Uhm." She replied hesitantly at first, although continued, "Ailyn." A smile perking up across her face at the mentioning of her name, as if it was a kind gesture itself, but it was lost on Jairdain of course.

"It's been nice, really. But... yeah..." She was at a lost for words, truly. And in her own muddle confusion her gentle hands moved towards the door's panel, causing it to then slide open with a swoosh. All she did afterwards was merely stand there. Meanwhile, the Bounty Hunter was off somewhere else - whatever he was doing, it didn't matter now.

"A pleasure to meet you meet Ailyn."

If the girl could read body language or hear inflection in voices, she would pick up that when Jairdain made her statement she really meant it. Even if the meeting might have ben awkward, there were a couple good things that came of it. Even if she didn't know the extent of the relationship between Koda and Ailyn, she knew he was no longer entirely alone.

The door opened and Jairdain left the flat, before the door closed behind her, she turned to look in the direction of Ailyn.

"I wish you the best luck with him. You're going to need it."

With a final small smile, the door closed, leaving her alone in the hallway. The meeting had gone smoother than their previous meetings and she took it as a sign of his actual humanity. He may pretend not to care and that he was professional at all times, Koda was still human. That basic fundamental need for companionship and acceptance was within him. It was not something she intended to exploit and Jairdain was pleased he had found somebody to provide that for him.

Walking away from the flat, her intuition told her like it had before they would meet again. It seemed it would maybe never really end between the two of them. In a way it was clear to her, they weren't enemies.
