HISTORICAL INFORMATION
It was built about twenty years ago to accomodate TGACU (a cooperative agribusiness guild) burgeoning inter-planetary operations would be held. It comprises upper management as well as sales and analytics staff. It was built during a period of expansion within the guild, in which most of the member cooperatives wanted to centralize the sales department as well as market research operations in one places, something that would benefit all member cooperatives and relieve some of the stress on their bottom line. It took about two years to build and was specifically fitted with tinted glass to prevent onlookers from looking inside. One particularly noteworthy event in the structure's history was the installment of anti-air guns around the landing platform. This was caused when a group of eco-terrorists, protesting the union's decision to expand onto protected land, decided to take the matter into their own hands and land on the platform and storm the building. They were all killed, but the decision was made to fortify the building.
