DESCRIPTION
Developed by the various minds within the Trade Federation, the TF04 Droid Tank; Swordfish Pattern was designed to be a heavy mobile weapons platform that held the capabilities to devastated armies, or force a Fortress’s walls to crumble. What made the Swordfish extremely dangerous was not that it was a wholly automated piece of mechanized armour, but the weaponry that the Droid Tank was outfitted with. With two modular turret assemblies mounted both above and below the central bulb-chassis, the Swordfish could be outfitted with an extremely deadly array of ordnance; ranging from sustained composite beams lasers to the gravitic terrors of heavy tensor weaponry. While their outfitting would likely vary from one engagement to the next, the destructive capabilities of the Swordfish were unquestionably the same. It was a mobile force of synthetic nature that was meant to topple any opposition that stood before it - should that hostile force be of corporeal nature. There was little that could be said of the threats who wielded the non-corporeal realm, known colloquially as the Force. From there, the Swordfish was outfitted with an array of unconventional weapons that were rarely seen across the battlefield that ranged from hybridized ion blasters and micro-proton torpedo launchers. Thus, with every factor combined, it mattered little what weapon the Swordfish was equipped with - death and destruction would follow in it’s stomping wake.
