Testing for Force-sensitivity

By now Jessica has strange feelings of regularly being used by Force-users for some reason (although not all the time and not by a whole lot of people at a time) and yet her last IC attempt at finding answers led her to suspect that she was, in fact, a latent Force-sensitive. Having been tested for Force-sensitivity at a young age, she realized that the testing protocol was improperly implemented back then due to only the blood test being administered (said test returned a negative result), she decides to explore that route.

Perhaps a proper test of Force-sensitivity would be in order... Due to Jessica's factional affiliation, I'd rather not have a dark-sider for an administrator.

I'm open to a non-Silver so long as there is no dark-siders involved. She has a rather loaded IC history with dark-siders: she was fired from then-One Sith-controlled Kuat Drive Yards before I even played her as a NPC (she is one of those ex-NPCs), she had to hand over a copy of the schematics of one of her creations (namely, a 380mm-caliber hypervelocity cannon) to avert an attempt on her life by a dark-sider, and she even suggested targets for the Techno Empire to raid in One Sith territory...

Just that I'd want a different administrator from the one involved in the last IC attempt. I know each administrator has its own set of biases, but, if I followed that admin's train of thought, she would either have a gift to conceal her presence in the Force, or have a limited power, was she a latent FU.
