Testing a fleet carrier

Before the Omega event begins, I would like to get my ducks in a row, and provide a fleet carrier for the players fighting in the Omega event. As such, 20+ posts are necessary but in OOC terms it is a conversion of a ship I already have.

Also as a planetary protector for Ringo Vinda (if you're a Silver Jedi player you know what I mean) I anticipate that, in the future, I could be called upon to fleet in defense of the planet.
