Once the set of a Primeval Warlord who had founded the city as a colony of the Primeval Empire during its last attempts of expansion. In recent times the Sith Knight Grimoire has taken the tower (and the city) as her headquarters and where she assembles her loyal retainers (Zirgantvarka) to discuss war, city concerns and Sith Order commands.
Obelisk of Ancients
An ancient unknown Sith Obelisk that sits in the middle of the city. The obelisk can be found inside the lobby of the Count’s Tower. It is said that the city as we know it today was founded on the spot of the obelisk and its name is derived from the obelisk, which Old Sith Empire scholars believed belonged to a now erased Sith Temple once dedicated to the Sith Library nearby.
Description:
Templestone is a fortified city that lies 150m north-east of the great Sith Library ruins that give Krayiss II its dark fame. The city emanated outs from the Count’s Tower at the center. From the Count’s Tower there is a 15km open ring of space that acts as a natural moat and barrier. Only a few bridges traverse it to the tower. Beyond that is the ring of urban centers that make up the bulk of the city and beyond that still is the high reinforced desh-terenthium steel, concrete and durasteel ramparts that protect the city from terrestrial attack.
History:
Templestone, was once known as Archive II, and during the Old Sith Empire of the Emperors Moridin, Ashin and Voracitos the city was a foreword operating base for Sith Scholars investigating the Sith Library ruins. During this time the Count’s Tower did not exist, but, there was a sizeable outpost orbiting the Obelisk of Ancients. Later, after the fall of the Old Sith Empire and the emergence of the Primeval Empire, a Primeval Warlord along with his retinue, ventured to Krayiss II for the same reason many had previously – to study the Sith Library. In doing so he rediscovered what was left of the Old Sith Imperial outpost. He built the Count’s Tower around and above the obelisk; he then erected a rampart and renamed the city Templestone. Over the years the outpost swelled to the size of a large colony and from a colony to a city. However, the Primeval Lord would be killed and his retinue scattered during the fall of the Primeval Empire. From then on the city would be left to its own devices. Small mobs and gangs divided the city into their own territory, until, the emergence of the mysterious Sith Order of the Sith Caldera. Sith Knight Grimoire, along with her close companion [member="Siyndacha Aerin"] would arrive and take the city with their other Sith Order allies, and begin to re-forge it as a Sith Fortified City and a domain of a new Count.
Intent:
To act as the home base of Grimoire and her Sith Feudal County, and act as her domain within the Sith Order Feudal Heirarchy
