I understand that our two factions never entirely agreed on much. The arrival of the Pentastar Alignment on Ryloth has been a little surprising to us. But, before escalation happens, we would like to organize a diplomatic meeting so as to work out any issues between our two factions, especially as it pertains to Ryloth. As a gesture of goodwill, I suggest that the meeting takes place on Ryloth since it is the object of tensions for both parties.

While the Techno Empire, it was questionable whether Jessica would be able to accompany Charzon on Ryloth for this diplomatic mission. Was Jessica on another kind of business for the Jedi Order or the Techno Empire? Lately Charzon had hardly any face-to-face contact with Jessica, whom she treated as she would a source of restricted material - and not simply because she was the Imperial Mascot. Because Jessica brought a number of components with her: waste heat recovery devices, hypervelocity cannons, AI, battlecruiser engines. But His Imperial Majesty would have a better idea as to what would the grievances be: Charzon hasn't been around the Techno Union in its heyday but she only suspects that it has to do with the Techno Union without any means to confirm.
