- The Last Visage; at the control of the user, the mouth and the front of the mask is able to peel open, to reveal a layer of reflective songsteel acting as a mirror allowing the opponent to see their self in the mask. To enable such mechanism, the user would have to press down onto the small button on the side of the helmet.
- Intimidating; The general aesthetic of the mask, makes the user seem almost terrifying for the opponent. Inflicting great amounts of fear, as well as the built in mirror allowing the opponent to gaze into themselves.
- Strong; The materials of the mask were closely chosen to give the mask the strength to withstand a hit from a lightsaber.
- Light; the materials also allow the helmet to be light.
- EMP; An EMP blast, will completely disrupt the helmet's HUD and vision completely, rendering it useless.
- Heavy Weapons; A heavy blow, will inflict great amounts of pain and will offer little protection to the user below the helmet.
The Helmet was designed to conceal Venthis' identity while inflicting fear into the mind's of his opponents. The mask was originally going to be designed to be worn for a special occasion, though he had decided to create it for a wider purpose. With this in mind, he set out with his vast amount of wealth to purchase the materials for the helmet, spending more than was actually required though he desperately needed the creation of the helmet.
During creation, Venthis had stumbled upon a text regarding a Sith who wore a mask with a mirrored-front. To allow the victim to see their face one last time before their own death. This concept inspired Venthis to implement it.
With such knowledge, he set out in search of a material that was strong enough and could be manipulated into being reflective. Songsteel, was such material. He created an inner layer of the material beneath the outer mask. As he did, he implemented a mechanism within the mask that almost peels open and reveals the mirrored layer. Splitting directly down the middle of the mask. The last part of the mask to be created was the HUD that was very simplistic.
Upon creation, the helmet was given the name; Mask of the Oppressor.
