SUPREMACY
  • Toughest There Is: Chieftain of the Bryn'adûl, and victor of a ten decades of endless battle. Born, the last of a dying race; Tathra is a remnant of a once powerful race - the original Draelvasier. His species grants him a hide as strong as any suit of armour, with a reinforced interior bone structure constructed to protect his interior with heavy bone plates, lined with Kraelmundr to increase his defence against the force. Sinew and ligaments reinforced with powerful contracting muscles capable of unleashing double-digit ton force. His strength has no known equal. Years of discipline affords this Drael warrior incredible stamina and speed, reflexes only a match for the most disciplined of Jedi.
  • Foundry: Tathra rose from nothing to forge a powerful armada of terrifying ships, and a horde of the most powerful warriors the galaxy had seen at his back. Born from his own spent flesh and blood to birth a new generation of Draelvasier. His will is forged of the strongest steel, his fortitude unrelenting in his goal to grasp the Galaxy by its throat.
  • Ferocity: Tathra rules through an unrelenting and oppressive tyranny. Respect for his skill or shared belief in his philosophy are secondary to the fear of crossing him.
  • Chieftain: First and foremost, Tathra Khaeus is a leader. He has a tactical mind, adept at formulating strategies and using the Bryn'adûl in an efficient manner to destroy his enemies. His intelligence is unmatched, he thinks faster than a Human ever could, he can hone in on certain sounds; footsteps, heartbeats. You cannot hide.
  • Beast-Master: The Draelvasier innate gift of Beast-Mastery is one born from Tathra's own impressive command of beasts. Big or small, Tathra's inherent control of beasts is equal to the control of animals exerted through the force, unaided.

INFIRMITY
  • Achilles Heel: For a titan of great extremes, this allows for extreme pitfalls. Draelvasier beliefs do not curse weakness or flaw. But, rather celebrate their existence. They are proof of the will of nature, of validity in the need to improve and progress. Drael welcome these tribunals. For the Chieftain of the Bryn'adûl, this exists through his genetically conceived predisposition to weakness toward the cold and the slight constriction of his frame. Whilst heat is a non-issue. The Cold, if unrelenting can greatly hamper any Drael, including Tathra.
  • Zealotry: At the core of every Draelvasier, rests the same undying beliefs. The Bryn'adûl are xenophobic and cruel, and believe this dominance to be righteous and in service to their power. To their mission. Tathra most of all, hates the other species of the galaxy. This provides a twisted morality to the Bryn'adûl. And whilst it has made them strong, it has also isolated them.
  • Awesome: Tathra is a Titan, his strength coming from both his size and sheer mass. However, whilst the thundering sound of his footfalls may inspire fear amongst his enemies, they also allow the titan to be heard easily. The skill of stealth is inaccessible when on the move.
  • Arsenal: No one could accuse Tathra of not coming well prepared, but even if that is the case - More often than not, he makes less than full use of the tools at his disposal, afraid of becoming overly reliant on any one weapon or power at hand.

CHIEFTAIN'S DISPOSITION

Tathra Khaeus is scheming, fierce, egotistical, brave, sadistic and cruel. A life long hatred of aliens only serves to help keep the Drael warrior disciplined and his senses keen and sharp. He constantly seeks betterment, delighting in opportunities to test himself.

HISTORY

751/770ABY - Finding the hate.

Tathra was born at the edge of the known Galaxy on Draemidus Prime, formed in a natural proto-birthing sack. The first of a new generation of the Draelvasier and the very last living member of the original species organically conceived. His parents, whom he never met - left behind a vast wealth of knowledge Tathra was able to learn from. Learning to survive on the perilous sub-levels of Draemidus was a difficult task enough, but travelling on the surface amid its various creatures helped shape the Titan into who he has become. For nearly thirty years, he dedicated his every waking moment to mastering every scrap of knowledge left behind by his kin.

Following the research and tools left behind, Tathra believed whoever had returned to Draemidus Prime and created him, had done so in hopes of terraforming the planet, travelling from an extra-galactic planet of refuge. Tathra conquered the surface of the planet, a necessary task to understand what had happened to his people. It became obvious the planet had been destroyed long ago, he was entirely alone. The hope of finding his kin pushed Tathra to continue to survive, trying to replicate the process that had created him to no avail. The technology had worn down over time as the surface of Draemidus remained unrelenting with its never ending storms. Tathra sent out a frequency, repeating entries from research journals he had found in hopes of other Draelvasier returning and finding him. This hope dwindled, feeling of abandonment reared their head. Nineteen cycles went by, until pirates arrived, An advanced stealth craft, risking to pass through the miasma of hazards both surrounding and on the planet.

Tathra did not strike first, peering out like a looming beast from his rags - frightening the first of the pirates to see him. The blasters bolt barely made a scratch as the Drael disembowelled the Pirate without a moment's hesitation. They were no different than the animals he had mastered, it was all in the name of survival. One of them took to flight, stunning Tathra nearly a dozen times twice over before the Drael succumbed. When next he woke, it was in an arena. An entirely new concept, loud screams from all around jeering on he and others, to kill. This was survival of a different kind, but these creatures - aliens, they were slow compared to a beast.

Tathra had been taken to a place known only as The Pit.

Nothing was faster than an animal unsure if you were to its next meal or it was yours. Tathra easily slew the rabble, staring off into the crowd of hundreds. Most stood on upright legs as he did, they were not hungry, their desperation was of a different kind. They had never struggled in their entire lives. He could see it, in the marbled fat of their bodies, the way they cheered and screamed from the side for violence they couldn't dream of enacting. That was the beginning of the Titan's hate for all things alien and all things weak.

771/774ABY - A cage like any other.

Within a week of Tathra's arrival at his new home, it became clear to those involved in the managing of the Gladiator Pit that he was unlike anything they had ever seen before. The Galaxy had only slowly begun to rebuild, still living in fear of the Gulag Plague rearing its ugly head - communications remained scarce. Making it difficult for those in charge of The Pit to learn what they actually had in their home. A month passed, and then another and Tathra remained nameless and undefeated. Others began to outright refuse to enter the arena, travel by pirates becoming less frequent as it simply became a rigged game. Tathra used what little opportunities he had to study the technology of the aliens, learning what he could when he could. It took two years of intermittent access to alien technology before Tathra learned how to use it against them. Slowly finding loopholes, slowly burrowing his way into a position of luxury and knowledge. But it would never be enough. Everyday, no matter his wounds; Tathra was bound and chained a hundred times over.

The hate grew and grew inside, only when they needed him to kill was he set free. His hate swelled to the point that his ego conceded to his desperate need for justice and freedom. Another year passed, and the Drael learnt galactic basic. A tool he used to make a deal with an agent of The Pit's competitors. The agent disabled the security in the middle of a supply delivery. Forcing the station into lock down. Without hesitation, Tathra slaughtered every single living being within The Pit, the arena bathed in the blood of all. Including the agent. It was only when he attempted to lift the Lockdown that he hesitated at all. A beam of blue energy extending from a hilt, aimed at his blood soaked chest. Tathra stared down a figure he had never seen the likes of before. A jedi. One that had come to save a child, not the slaves nor the Gladiators themselves. Just a child, an objective they had failed in during the riot that broke out throughout the compound in response to his pursuit of any and all living things.

Tathra's weapons were cut to pieces as the two exchanged blows, it was his first ever encounter with another being nearly as fast or as precise as the Drael warrior was himself. But even as the Jedi thrust their saber his flesh, Tathra did not stop -what would have been a killing blow for any other species was just another scar for the Draelvasier as he thrust the splintered blade of his weapon into the chest of the Jedi - pulling their lightsaber from his aching stomach. Tathra ended the lockdown, wounded and exhausted he made his way for the docked supply freighter.

Any and all records The Pit had retained were wiped, only a bloody ruin left behind that remains a mystery to this day.

775/789ABY - Disappointment and Conviction.

Upon return to Draemidus Prime, the Drael compared Draelvasier charters with the navigation data of the freighter. Using both it became clear that wherever his kin had came from, went beyond the edges of known civilisation. Tathra raided along the outer rim, preparing as he slaughtered a dozen isolated colonies single handed over the course of three years. Hitting Imperial and Republic caches - building up storage and supplies before he travelled off the galactic map. It took ten years to find them, and what he found - turned his heart to stone. The Draelvasier had devolved, the destruction of their world had made them weak and pacified.

Only a few hundred remained, their new world had gone to ruin. Ineptitude brought on by an endless fear. Tathra killed them all, his first genocide brought on by an intense hate of what his people had become. To him, it was mercy. He swore to right the wrongs of the Draelvasier, swore to rebuild their civilisation with newfound strength.

And a hatred for all he hated too.
