Honorable: He attempts to keep his word, repay debts, and treat worthy opponents with dignity, even when others consider such behavior impractical.
Adaptable: Although rooted in tradition, he learned to combine Nadiemi customs with Mandalorian technology and tactics rather than treating them as incompatible.
WEAKNESSES
Rigid: His strong personal code can make him inflexible when circumstances demand compromise, deception, or an unconventional solution.
Vengeful: Though he values restraint, the sight of banditry or cruelty can awaken a deep rage that pushes him toward punishment rather than justice.
HISTORY
Takezo was born in Mifune Pass, an isolated farming village on Nadiem whose people preserved an old warrior tradition built around discipline, duty, and the defense of the helpless. His father served among the village’s protectors and taught him that carrying a weapon was not a privilege, but a promise to those who could not defend themselves.
Around 870 ABY, a heavily armed bandit company descended on the region, demanding food, supplies, and labor from the surrounding settlements. When Mifune Pass finally resisted, the raiders attacked before dawn and destroyed the village. Takezo’s father ordered him to lead several children to safety, but after seeing his home burning, he returned and found the defenders slaughtered. He seized his father’s blade and tried to fight, only to be overwhelmed.
A hunting party from Clan Nerak arrived while pursuing the same bandits and found Takezo wounded but still insisting that the hidden children be rescued. Impressed by his courage and sense of duty, one of the Mandalorians took him in as a foundling. Raised among Clan Nerak, Takezo blended his Nadiemi teachings with the Mandalorian way, becoming a disciplined warrior driven not only by vengeance, but by a determination to ensure that no forgotten village is ever left defenseless again.
