First things first, we need to figure out what our priorities are. Sor far I see three major options.

1) Economic Recovery and Debt paying
2) Welfare for the poor
3) Social Policy

I think economic recovery/growth and paying pur debts should be our first priority. We need money to run a country, after all.

One quick reminder: I can only enact exact things. So in the case of, for example, raising taxes, I have to be told which tax to raise (or create).
