Large Target Profile - Despite its speed, the 2,000-meter hull presents an enormous sensor and visual signature, making it difficult to conceal and easy to prioritize in enemy targeting solutions.

The Sundari-type Battlecruiser represents the Mandalorian Empire's answer to the limitations of traditional Battlecruiser warfare - a warship capable of delivering battleship-level devastation without surrendering the speed and initiative of a cruiser. Measuring two kilometers in length, the vessel is built around a reinforced spear-shaped hull designed to endure and deliver extreme punishment. Its layered Mandalorian iron armor and carbon-durasteel framework form a rigid armored core capable of absorbing sustained turbolaser salvos; redundant shielding and damage-reduction systems ensure the ship remains combat-effective long after lesser capital ships would be crippled. Unlike carrier-focused capital ships, the Sundari-type is optimized for direct fleet combat. Its broadside and forward firepower rival that of heavy battleships, combining heavy turbolasers, octuple barbettes, agrocite cannons, ion batteries, and torpedo tubes into a weapons grid capable of shattering enemy battle lines. This firepower is complemented by one of the densest point-defense networks fielded by the Mandalorian Navy, enabling the ship to carve through bomber waves and missile barrages while maintaining offensive pressure. What truly distinguishes the Sundary-type, however, is its mobility. Advanced ion drives and structural reinforcement allow the ship to maneuver aggressively despite its enormous mass. It can rapidly change engagement vectors, pursue retreating capital ships, and exploit breaches in enemy formations - roles traditionally impossible for battleships. A limited starfighter complement reflects its design - The Sundari-type is not a carrier, nor a siege platform - it is a predator.
