If i am looking to create a sub-faction, are the requirements the same as a major faction? Oh, and does anyone know if there's a template to use to insert info on the faction that you are making etc...? Thanks!

Could you clarify what you mean by “sub-faction?”
On Chaos, we have either Major or Minor factions. Anyone can start a Minor faction—there’s no approval process, just take an idea and run with it!
Minor factions can apply for Major faction status after they have met a few qualifiers, found here.
As far as templates go, they’re just as varied as post and bio templates. It can look like whatever you want! I’m unsure if there’s a stash of faction info templates, but I can always lend a hand if you want some pointers

A sub-faction is typically a minor faction under a major faction. If this what you're trying to do you'll have to connect with said major faction first.
