STRENGTHS:
Tech Enthusiast: Ever since he was a child Steve had an interest in technology. He has a particularly good skill in cybernetics and energy based tech like shields, which he has a special interest in. When there’s a tech issue, he’s a good one to go to.
Cybernetics: Steve has used some cybernetics on himself which he’s slowly developed and tinkered with over time.
Rough life: Life on their own with their parents wasn't easy. Steve has gotten used to living at risk and surviving in the dense lower regions of Coruscant.

WEAKNESSES:
Distracted: Steve can be somewhat easily distracted from what he’s doing if something is interesting or seems important enough, even if it isn’t.
Cybernetics: His right arm is cybernetic which makes him easier to detect with some sensors. And which can deactivate if not recharged.
APPEARANCE:
Steve has a somewhat average build but is fairly fit. He has a variety of tattoos especially across his upper torso and arms. The actual purpose of that tattoos is to hide where he put in certain cybernetics on his chest, but he also just liked having some for when he was shirtless.
The armor he uses is fairly light.
BIOGRAPHY:
Steve and his family are cousins of Cara Holt. A conqueror pirate who was able to become well known in the planets of the outer rim she waged through. To the point of even being worshiped. However, this was all still while he was very young. At the time, Steve was more interested in technology and while he does know Cara was an impact on their life he was still more interested in his idea of building a shield emitter into his own body.
Perhaps this fascination with techoccurred due to an injury which resulted in his right arm being mostly replaced by a cybernetic one. But regardless his interest continued to grow from there on.
Cara's reign would only last so long. As she was killed in battle. His family rushed away from her lands after her defeat, as the rest of her forces returned to their home world.
With mostly each other. The family would have to find their own way to survive.
Steve would eventually join the Alliance and train to become a part of their pilot forces after attending Pols Anaxes Naval War Academy.
