This more of a see what options are out there. Technically in terms of the OS he is still an Active member of Parliament and Governor of Balmorra. Just looking to keep him active until we see where the restructure/dissolve vote goes for Parliament.


That being said if you got an idea for Viktor that fits your character then I would love to here it.
