DESCRIPTION / History
STaCLO was on the hunt for a lightsaber crystal that could provide him a possible edge in combat if the circumstances ever arise. Feeling like he could get a better connection with the crystal if it was made naturally he looked through information that could help him find such a crystal in Confederate space. It was then that the droid shard hybrid found what he was looking for. Deciding that his lightsaber would be made of a Lava Crystal, and that he would travel to the volcanic world of Eos to get it.
Once there STaCLO spent quite a bit of time looking for the more rare crystal. Traveling through molten fields and decommissioned droid foundries. That was until he could sense one nearby as he passed over a flowing creak of lava. However, he was able to sense that it was under the flowing molten rock. Feeling confident in his durable droid body he placed himself near the edge of the creak and plunged his metal hand into the liquid minerals to search for the crystal. Rummaging his hand in the lava until he was beginning to detect system failures with it. However, he wouldn't give up. Eventually pulling out the brilliant orange crystal.
Unfortunately STaCLO was gonna need to repair his hand in the days to come but he managed to get what he was looking for. Spending the later days both on his hand and to imbue the crystal with The Force until it was ready. Once it was put into a working lightsaber and activated for the first time he was able to see it's burnt orange glow as the blade itself very much resembled the magma of its home world. Its ignition giving off an almost wet sounding noise as the less focused crystal seems to cause the blade to occasionally give off molten cinders.
