I renamed the title as calling it just 'Character Creation' would cause quite a bit of confusion. As for the character sheet, it's a good start. You could probably do with a bit more details as to who Spero is and what he is like as a person, as well as what he looks like.

Also, having a cat-Yoda as your avatar when your character is supposed to be human is probably not the best idea.
