DESCRIPTION
Speed Demon Motorworks produces vehicles and starships for discerning clientele, offering a selection of speedsters and accepting manufacturing requests within reason. Whether you want a hot rod or a luxury ride, Speed Demon is the garage for you! Speed Demon's workshops are available to all who have the credits. On the less legal side of things, Speed Demon is a front for the Devaronian gangster Aurelius Baldor's OutlawTech company Shadowhand Skunkworks, and provides its assets to Shadow Hand Cartel and The Family. The Motorworks also operates a chop shop, buying stolen vehicles and disassembling them, either selling the parts or using them in their own products.

RATIONALE
Aurelius Baldor owns a wide array of speeders and starships, but if there's one quality he values above all else in them, it's speed. Sure, he could buy from manufacturers or produce his own, but that's costly and he has specific needs from his vehicles, not all of which are entirely legal. So, what's an enterprising crime lord to do? Why, buy a defunct shipyard and turn it into his own motorworks company! The Devaronian purchased the deed to Ahtemis Luxury Transports, a shipyard in Coruscant's Industrial Sector that once belonged to "Bad Wolf Enterprises", a front corporation for The Family before Ivory Stroud disappeared and The Family's original iteration collapsed. Aurelius renamed the shipyard to Avernus Garage and Shipyards, and began hiring mechanics and technicians. Now, between his own Shadow Hand Cartel and the assets provided by The Family now that it's back from the dead, the shipyards are able to once more pump out assets for The Family, as well as anyone with the creds to pay.
