Description:
When the CEO of Spaarti Creations inherited Darkthrone Arialyards from the late Romeo Sin a lot of mass produced ships were left over before the shipyards were eventually passed on to Arakyd Industries. This gave both Spaarti Creations and partner company Reclaimer Arms & Industrial the resources to create and train Naval personnel for the Spaarti Clone Army Program. A well trained and dedicated navy is needed and is almost the backbone to any military allowing personnel, supplies, and equipment to be shuttled from planet to planet. So seeing this necessity Spaarti began this training matrix for navy personnel.

First Phase: Infantry Training

All clones within the Spaarti Clone Army Program are riflemen before they are anything else. The ability to fight on the battlefield is crucial for any soldier to not become a liability for your team and contribute can help win battles and save lives. So spending their first year of training infantry school where clones are educated in the ways of mandalorian warfare, virtues, and culture. They learn to be the best they can be within the year they are given so they can rival and perform as well as most basically trained infantry throughout the galaxy. While infantry school pushes them to their maximum stress levels it's designed to prepare them for the hardships and rigors of battle.


Second Phase: Starship Maintenance and Operation School

After the completion of infantry school clones are taken off planet and up into space where classes will be assigned a ship to operate and run for the next two years along side their teachers. Classes will consist of just about everything there is to know about capital ship operation. Students are split and trained on their teams specific area in which they are assigned to. Gunners study gun batteries and general upkeep for two years, bridge crew study ship control for two years, engineers study reactors and shields and so on and so forth until the class as a whole is ready to operate their assigned ship independently.

Third Phase: Flight School

The last year of training is of course flight school. This is where clones are again split into different sections where they learn to pilot different craft. Some groups are sent to star fighters/bombers and others take dropships, gunships and other personnel craft. This goes on for the last year until the clones are certified on their specific craft. While all clones are given brief lessons on how to fly ships such as personnel carriers like drop ships this is to ensure that a clone can properly transport men and women from an evacuating ship that might be going down. They are taught the basics of it just in case.

General Description:
Spaarti Naval Personnel are designed and trained to ensure the effective upkeep and operation of capital ships. They can serve as replacements for lost crewmen in past engagements or operate a ship independently. They are able to work side by side with existing crew without friction. Their primary function is to provide the galaxies starship marketplace with crews for hire for new capital ships, or serve in a governments existing military if purchased by in order to supplement existing ranks.
