- Personality: Strange. Age and isolation combined have made him fairly odd. He is known to eat random plants unprompted, steal things from people just to mess with them, and sleep upside down from branches like a bat.

An old Jedi from an age long passed, one from before the Gulag Plague. He spent his youth studying with the Voss Mystics, learning the ways of Dream-Walking, but aside from this fact his life is a mystery. He had devulged very little, but seems to have a pattern of returning to the Jedi Order in 50 year cycles to train a new student before abruptly vanishing, returning to his wandering hermit lifestyle. Fifteen years ago, Somu emerged again to train the Jedi Padawan, now Jedi Knight, Gareth don Louise. He seems to appear in random to aid the Jedi Knight on his travels, but gives no indicator of when and why? Gareth ponders on the nature of his old Master, but a part of him things that knowing less is for his own good.
Some things are better left confusing.
