Strengths:
  • Isotope-5 Reactor Core: Due to the implementation of Isotope-5 as a fuel source, the Solomon-class Furnace Walker possesses a theoretically limitless power supply and a similarly theoretically significant resistance to electromagnetic and ion weaponry.
  • Solid Defense: The Solomon-class Furnace Walker implements both an automated defense system and molecular shielding, providing it with a decent level of security against attacks; this includes anti-slicing network systems.
  • Eyes in the Sky: With the use of Auger-class ISR Drones in droves, the Solomon-class Furnace Walker has the ability to detect threats in virtually all ranges to provide it's support the necessary ability to counter immediate and relatively distant threats.
  • Fully Automated: In the chance that the crew must be called to assist in other areas, or be required to repair the walker, the Solomon-class Furnace Walker possesses the ability to fully automate itself and operate on a minimal crew of 30 operators.
  • Build an Army: Though limited, powered by the isotope-5 reactor, the Solomon-class Furnace Walker is equipped with the ability to drew in resources and waste from it's surroundings and distribute freshly constructed droids to the battle field at a rate proportionate to it's size. (No larger than a 3m B3 Ultra Battle Droid - Though this is a very rare and difficult choice)
Weaknesses:
  • Isotope-5 Reactor: While it provides a theoretically limitless amount of energy for fuel, the Isotope-5 Reactor is as volatile as they come. If the reactor is damaged it could either overload and destroy the entire walker or require being replaced entirely; which can be a very expensive feat and render it useless.
  • About Face: Though it can cover a significant amount of ground, in due time, moving forward the Solomon-class Furnace Walker possesses virtually no ability to turn or maneuver itself in any direction other than straight forward or backwards.
  • Climbing Power: Outside of going at a 60º angle, anything steeper will render the Solomon-class Furnace Walker forced to make it's way around the object or terrain in question; thus requiring a significant amount of time on the part of the walker to make up for lost distance.
  • Automation Predictability: While the Solomon-class Furnace Walker utilizes an automated defense system that provides patrols, there is a predictability to their operation that can open the walker up for easier infiltration if the pattern is memorized.
  • Negligible Velocity: Due to it's massive size and weight the Solomon-class Furnace Walker is slower than one would imagine and takes a long time to cover long distances; this makes it more optimal for short distances and being deployed near the front lines.
  • Support Stat: Though the Solomon-class Furnace Walker possesses a decent level of security and defense features, it does require escorts to properly defend itself in extended, and high threat, battles. Without a proper escort it falls to it's automated defense system, armor and shielding to properly defend itself.
  • Leg Structure: While the components of the legs are plated accordingly, similar to the central structure, they are less dense and protected. While this is not an immediate problem for the walker, it can be a glaring weakness should the armor plating be compromised.
  • Cataclysmic Event: Due to the occasional instability of terrain from planet to planet the Solomon-class Furnace Walker is required to use it's Ground Penetrating Radar to scan the ground ahead of it before operating it's excavation arms for the molecular furnace; Not doing so could result in opening up a sink hole or fissure.
DESCRIPTION
The people of Mikko always believed in technology. If they could advance their technology there was no question they would take the opportunity to do so. So when the Lyrkons came into possession of Isotope-5 via the hands of their new Confederate Allies, it was without a shadow of a doubt that they would begin work on putting this 'discovery' to work. Their first project with such a valuable and, theoretically, powerful substance?

To build something equally unique and powerful for their proprietor.

By the decree of Emperor Solomon, and under the overseeing eyes of the crown princess, Tamar M'raki, the science corps went to work on a prototype reactor and the designs for a walker befitting the utilization of the emperor himself. Reaching out to the technicians of the Confederacy and the like minded corporation of Aegis Systems, Tamar M'raki set out to create a weapon unlike any other that the Confederacy had yet utilized.

Heuristic Droid Brain, Molecular Furnace, Molecular Shielding and a variety of other highly advanced tech were the true sign of a creation of the scientists of Mikko; and nothing short of their finest work. It's purpose? To devour the waste and destruction of the battle field and create weapons to further the war effort.

A show of good faith and power in one move.

How many people is this roughly?

Some droids can be quite big. Can you be a little bit more specific here (like human-sized droid)?

Can you give us a rough idea of how quickly this walker produces droids?

[member="Tamar M'Raki"], those additions are a good start. However, as we're treading close to the World Devastator concept here (except in ground vehicle form), and because that is a banned superweapon, we need more precise details about this to make sure that this doesn't cross into the banned superweapon side.

How does this walker take in resources? Is it something that it can do by itself (and if so, with what equipment) or does it need help to do that?

We need more detail about about the rate of production of this as well. There's a huge difference between making 20 droid in an hour versus 200 droids in fifteen minutes. I'd personally like to see a mention of what droid model this is most likely to make as well.

So ideally, an example of this layout of this would be something like "up to 40 B2 Super Battle Droids a hour". (To be clear, you don't have to use my exact numbers or droid model for this submission).

I elaborated in detail on the parameters of the Molecular Furnace and a added set of excavation arms. In turn I added an additional component in form of a Ground Penetrating Radar and an additional weakness surrounding this.

[member="Tamar M'Raki"], just went through this again with a fine comb. It looks like we're missing the "Cargo Capacity" field which comes right after the passenger capacity field. If you'll add that please.

That was the section I knew was missing, I just couldn't put my finger on it. I set the passenger capacity at very low and cargo capacity at extreme and moved around some details to finalize the change.
