Blades so corrupt with the Dark Side, they will not shut down from exposure to pure Cortosis
Both blades are quadruple phase and their cutting power is adjustable
So infused with the Dark Side it has been naturally alchemized, rendering it nearly indestructible
STRENGTHS
Skin Shears was the Split-Saber uses by "The Amalgam" for her entire career, even after Darth Phyre infected and ultimately killed the copy she thought was the original Amalgam, taking over her body and assuming her identity, initiating a masterful breakdown of the object of her obsession, Laertia Io. After the Destruction of Phyre-Amalgam, Percival was granted the weapon as a trophy though His Mother and creator, Laertia Io, may call upon it's might during emergencies by asking to barrow it, though it is legally fully Percival Io's property. A bitter trophy, but quite a prize regardless.
Prior to her rebirth as The Parliament, Laertia gave her son permission to kill her using this very blade along with his own katana. Whether or not he took her up on the offer is unrecorded by the history books of House Io. Though she fully encouraged him to.
A prized Relic of The Cult, for Percival to be granted the honor of owning it, confirms how fully he is The Amalgam's son...

STRENGTHS
- Multiphase: Extreme adjustability for a staff, allowing her to increase or reduce the length of the blades by a factor of four, and decrease their killing strength and cutting strength to miniscule levels
- Jedi-Killer: The weapon is so heavily infused with the Dark Side, that its blades have enough dark energy to protect them from the effects of pure Cortosis, and can possibly damage the flesh of nearly any Light sided being they touch. A Light Side User just holding it has a strong risk of being corrupted. Being in The Amalgam's proximity so long has corrupted the blade so severely it's become naturally alchemized, rendering it nearly indestructible.
- Surprise!: It can be split into two separate lightsabers, each half wielded separately
- Sonic: Sonic attacks bend around the blade
- Force Voids: Will shut down in Force Voids
- Slugthrowers: Solid bullets melt against the blade, potentially causing splash damage
