Intent: This Sith Sword was created for Ballen-Ist in order to give him a reliable weapon to use while he serves Darth Ferus.

Description: There is no specific name for Ballen-Ist's blade. However, do to the lightning aura surrounding it he usually refers to it as his lightning blade. The short sword he had wielded in his young days had been transformed by his Sith trainer, turning it into a formidable Sith Sword. It's songsteel like qualities allow it to block the likes of lightsabers, and blaster bolts, even being capable of reflecting and deflecting. However, it's weight sets it apart from a regular lightsaber, the blade being much heavier than a weightless beam of plasma energy.
"And with that the Zabrak went silent. No longer was he a Knight, learning this technique. Now he had a basic understanding. A basic usage. This would not take as long as it had before, this would no longer drain him as it had before. First, he saw the blade as it was. All of it, each part down to the atoms within. With his hands he twisted and changed the structure, forcing the metal to no longer act as it once was, but something more akin to Songsteel. Lightsaber resistant, blaster resistant, and most importantly, lightweight. With his brow furrowed in concentration he was finished within an hour, and far from tired. Next he began on the magnetism. The aura, invisible to most, would have to be inverted. This would only cause the blade to gain extreme weight as the structure of the metal would be forcibly changed again, but there should be no issue for Ballen-Ist to carry it. This phase was short lived, taking a mere moment as he found the magnetic signature and flipped it. Through the Force he would lift the blade, looking it over with his pale blue gaze just to make sure." -Darth Ferus.
