Strengths:

• Integrated Control Net - These ships are connected using the CIS's Station Hub Network, thus allowing them rapid communication with all CIS forces, and allows them to work seamlessly in groups.
• Droid Power - The ships are well manned with droid forces, making them very dangerous to board. Some droids (like buzz and vulture droids), also patrol the outside of the ship, making repairs, and attacking enemy forces.

Weaknesses:

• ​Team player - These cruisers work best in groups, and are thus much weaker when alone, as they are mostly unprepared for such situations.
• Droid Reliant - Although EMP Repulsors are active on the ship, the cruiser relies heavily on droids, and any malfunction or hacking is often fatal for the ship.

Description: The Sincron-Class Cruiser was developed to provide a strong backbone for the CIS Navy. Thanks to the CIS's corporate associates, work began rapidly of turning out these ships. They are a good all-round ship, being a jack of all trades. After ships are completed, they are filled up with droids from the foundries, and sent off to their next battle. Due to their common usage in Naval Battles, many captains have grown very skilled with these ships, and many a veteran has come from the bridge of a Sincron. They are fitted with Droid Hubs, allowing their droids to function independently of the Void Stations. The latest communication software allows for droids to rapidly transmit and receive data from all over members of a group, allowing them to be synchronised and work fluidly as a team. They also have a new creation, called "Shimmer Shields". These shields reflect a large portion of all light sources, making it hard to see the ship from the reflections from stars and blaster bolts. However, the pilots inside, can see out.

for mass production these starts are a bit much. It is too much armament and defense for an escort cruiser and too fast and maneuverable for a heavy cruiser.
it that a total of 3 squadrons or just 2?

Easy fix is to make the speed and maneuvering up to heavy cruiser standards of 15 for both. If you wanting it fast, heavy armament, and 3 squadrons it will need some development.

If the speed and maneuvering are key in your idea of the design you can reduce the hanger capacity and armament.

Since this is CIS only Change the production level to Limited and it is good to go. At Mass it is still a bit much and per you "Who can use this" Limited will alow that and give you what your wanting.
