Operations: Siechel Transystem's main operations are looking for water-rich planets and transporting the water to the planets in need of water. However, the company has also taken on operations of charity, selling items of which profits are either completely are partly donated to charity and wellbeing of people of the galaxy.
Rationale: In order to find such a company Maria could operate to make the galaxy a better place, she went for a talk with a powerful businessman Cade Lee and together they found the ST to be a company of Maria's needs. They worked from preparing the woman to become a businessman to getting control of the company via buying it from its last owners. The company was transitioned to the Jedi Padawan after some furious argue and manipulations.

Description: The Siechel Transystem was once a good company working towards giving the people of desert planets life and wellbeing by transporting water to those planets. The merchants of the company were trusted around the galaxy and it was soon to be known as one of the most vital companies for the people of the universe (a bit exaggerated by the company's former owners, of course). But then came the Gulag Plague which brought life around the Galactic Alliance and other governments to its knees.
During the plague it managed to survive, its operations remaining the way they once were, but now being more important to people. Water was needed for survival and the Transystem was able to provide that.
However, after the virus disappeared, its vitality was rethought and it lost its popularity and need in the galaxy, many governments then losing all their connections to the company. The company became less and less major. That was partially because of the corruption of its owners and the fact that governments were also able to transport the needed resource of water.
A woman known as Maria Natalja, however, came with a man going by the name of Cade Lee, and after lots of arguing, fighting, manipulation and finally buying the company, the Siechel Transystem was transferred to Natalja. Seeing how corrupt the company had become before she came, she quickly destroyed most of it to restart in the Galactic Republic, and to form new bonds.
Its headquarters are standing on Umbara, in the private property of Maria Natalja herself, but she is looking to make new contacts and make the company as major as it once was.
