DESCRIPTION
At first glance, Siae's robes seem like those worn by cultures and groups throughout the galaxy for millennia. A simple loose-fit overtunic, worn over a hooded, long-sleeved and snug-fitting undertunic, and a pair of hakama-style trousers, colored in muted tones of green and brown. Nothing conspicuous or showy, just simple, traditional clothes like the kinds worn on many, many worlds. But, to those who know their secrets, they are much, much more than meets the eye.

Made from a blend of kashyy-vine fibers, shell spider silk, these armorweave garments are impressively tough and durable, able to withstand a few shots from a handheld blasters, repel vibroweapons, or even an indirect hit or two from a lightsaber. Lightweight, comfortable fit allows for long-term wear-and-tear even in the most hostile terrain and offers protection against a great many potential threats. The muted brown and green coloring enables Siae to blend in with her surroundings, be it crossing through a busy starport, walking the streets of Theed, or traversing the wilds of Haruun Kal, she seems to almost meld into what's around her, never standing out, never drawing any sort of unwanted attention. The soft, quiet fabric allows her to move with discretion and stealth, while the generous design serves to offer unhindered, unobstructed movement.

SPECIAL FEATURES
COMPONENTS:

• Overtunic: A loose-fitting sleeveless overtunic, similar in style and cut to those traditionally worn by members of the Jedi Order. Dyed to a drab brown color. (Armorweave, Concussive Absorbing Material, Norris Root Dye, Naboo Moss Dye)
• Undertunic: A snug-fitting long-sleeved hooded shirt, reaching down to the mid-thigh. Dyed to a deep drab forest green hue. (Shell Spider Silk, Kashyy-Vine Fibers, Concussive Absorbing Material, Naboo Moss Dye)
• Pants: Dyed to match the overtunic, the hakama-style pants, divided and pleated, feature snug fit at the waist but loose in the legs. The lower portions of the legs are folded around the lower legs and calves, then wrapped with puttee-type bindings to 'blouse' them inside of her boots. • Serious Protection: The combination of materials used in the design and making of these robes provides exceptional protection against blaster weapons, kinetic damage, cutting, tearing, puncturing, abrasion, they are also flame-resistant and can repel melee weapons (even vibro-weapons) if ever they must. Stain-resistant, odor-resistant, and even able to offer some limited protections against a glancing blow or two from a lightsaber, these robes are made from natural fibers and materials, densely woven into soft yet rugged cloth, capable of lending themselves greatly to stealthy and discreet movements. The properties of dark green dye made from Naboo Moss made the garments resistant to moisture and humidity.

• Significant Versatility: Lightweight, comfortable, and layered warmth allows long-term wearability, even in inclement weather, and adaptability to a wide variety of conditions. Not sacrificing mobility or freedom of movement, these robes are suitable to any number of activities, ranging from hiking, running, fighting, and more.
• Passive Camouflage: The muted green and brown earth tones of these robes allow Siae to blend easily into her surroundings, both urban and natural, and mingle freely among others unnoticed. Neither flashy nor uncommon in their appearance, nor – while still 'on theme' for Jedi apparel – are they robes which could easily call attention to her or identify her as a member of any particular Force Tradition, or even a Force Tradition at all!

STRENGTHS

• Excellent Protection: Tough and resilient against a number of damage types or environmental conditions, these garments offered superb protection against everything from concussive force to small arms blaster fire, even able to handle an indirect hit or two from a lightsaber. Water-resistant, moisture wicking, and resilient against cuts, tears, punctures, abrasions, and even vibroweapons, they were more than enough to protect Siae from most common threats.
• Casual Comfortability: Lightweight, versatile, and tailored to Siae's body, these robes didn't hinder her movements or make much noise, thanks to the softness of the fabric, and could be worn most anywhere for long periods of time and without discomfort. Easily maintained and easily stowed, Siae always kept a reserve set or two with her when she traveled.
• Simple Camo: The green and brown colors, being muted, earthy tones, blend in seamlessly across the galaxy, appearing inconspicuous amidst most cultures and locations. Even in wild places, these colors seemed to allow Siae to 'fade' into the background, melting into foliage and terrains like forests, jungles, even deserts or night-time settings fairly well.

WEAKNESSES

• Passive Camouflage, and Not Universal Camouflage: Siae's robes don't shield her from sensors and scanners, they don't have the same 'practical invisibility' of optical camouflage systems or stealth field generators, and while green and brown are great in Dagobah, Kashyyyk, or the streets of Coruscant, they do tend to stand out in places like Hoth.

• Tough, not Impervious: Siae's robes will take a hit or two from a blaster pistol or rifle, but do nothing against sonic weapons, cryo-grenades, crushgaunts, or disruptors. They can't hold back a barrage of incoming blaster fire either. The lucky shot that hits its mark, sure, but these aren't battle armor, and woe unto Siae if she ever finds herself wearing these but needing more! It might stop a hasty slash or indirect blow from a lightsaber, but a sustained or direct / prolonged contact would be both short-lived and entirely painful, if not altogether life-ending.
