- Mobile Field Hospitals: Within the confines of what would normally be a mere transport bay, the medical variant of the Shyrack is equipped to offer immediate and competent care to any and all that are brought within its armored hull. Various medical systems and considerations allow for even those with little to no medical training to be able to identify and address most ailments and injuries and stabilize them accordingly.
- Logistically Complicated: Given the nature of this Shyrack variant as a medical transport and rescue craft, it is of little surprise that it requires a fair variety of medical supplies in order to operate as it is intended. Additionally the engines require a mixture of energy and gas to work at their full capabilities, making the medical Shyracks overall a serious logistical consideration.
The Shyrack Gunships had been an excellent addition to the ranks of the Order of Wonosa and the operations of their corporate mask Sanguine Defense Works, providing them with a reliable product and ship that could be used and sold as was necessary. Though of course the contracts and services offered by SDW were always tempered by Wonosan sentiments and not wishing to arm any of their potential enemies with their own weapons of war. As such it only made sense that the gunships would serve as a basis for future variants and products, though the first to hit the market would be quite a departure from the original gunship.
In order to seize upon the ever necessary medical market and expand the services and products offered by their other corporate face as Nostrum Treatments Incorporated, the Wonosans would design a Shyrack medical variant meant primarily to service frontline combatants but which could also be used as mobile field hospitals in areas of crisis and as rescue crafts. Publicly this transport would be a collaboration of SDW and NTI, working together to offer the Outer Rim and Wild Space a premier medical vessel for all their needs. They even went as far as to offer it on the open market rather than keeping to specific contracts as they usually did.
All in an effort to genuinely improve the state of medical care in their neighbors while at the same time expanding their influence and opening new revenue opportunities.
