Question Should we implement a activity check on voters in Major Faction Owner votes?

I kind of thought that was already the case.
So, yes. Makes sense.
But hopefully this isn't a reoccurring issue, what is happening with the GA is hopefully an outlier and Staff isn't constantly performing these checks on writers. MFO votes should be rare and special occasions and require as much hands-off by site staff IMO, but asking people to post 10 times in 6 months isn't a hard ask.
