Shinning Brightly in the Moonlight

Entralla
Pink-Moon-1.jpg
Lunar Night
Chewing on the bottom of her lips she so wanted to tell him to take the ship of his in nice and easy. It wasn't that she was a bad sport with being a passenger. Just something about living the yoke in someone else hands. Just what the gosh got her to think that this was a good idea.

Telling herself over and over it be okay, if he had been okay through the underground channel he be okie dokie. It was that very quietness that started to send doubts to her brain. Keeping her answer very short the trip to this planet. Not really spilling all the details, as if working on the need to know business. Yes she was on business here but at the same time there was some personal dealings. Just what did Entralla mean to her, was there more to this home coming.

Even know very little was known about her parents, most of which that she took the Merrill name but was given family name from her mother or father side. Not all seem to be so straight forward in this little short petite lady life. Even then could she call it a life. Really just what business plans did she have here, knowing that she had started in the dealing of Property a long time ago with a trust fund that she got on her 18th birthday from her grandparents, but along with it was some of her family history on the Merrill family.

It wasn't something she boasted about, knowing that most in her given situation would went out and party it a way or spend it foolishly. Not her she always had that good head on her shoulder, it was her mother's doing if she had to put that forward to one asking.

Finding herself pushing up her glasses wanted to so much to speak to one at the yoke now to take it easy bring the ship of his in for a soft touch landing, but once again finding herself sitting with her month closed her eyes glued to the viewer.

Finding it hard not to speak it was the softness that she spoke with her voice as if the very whispers came from the wind. "I think that a good spot.", Knowing that with the holiday going on with the Lunar Night in a couple of days that more would be coming to party. One of the reason she might had been more then welling to bring a new one on board this time around coming to this planet so close to boarders. There was many reason for this kind of person she had choose out of all the ones that came a cross her to be chosen by her.

Malcom cast a sideward glance to his passenger. She seemed to be wound tighter than a power coil. As he brought his ship in toward there destination, he raised an eyebrow and finally said something to her. "You uh...you alright there Alaina?" He hadn't known the attractive blonde for very long. But from what he had been able to gather, she seemed to be the quiet, perhaps a little shy sort. How true this was, he had yet to determine. The trip wasn't very long, and details on this particular escort job weren't very forthcoming.

"You seem a little tense." Her nervousness was beginning to damage his calm. He couldn't tell if she was just nervous not being in the pilots seat, or if there was something up that he was really going to wish he knew in the next 15 to 30 minutes. When she pointed out a spot, he nodded simply and began to take the vessel down smoothly. Maybe she was just afraid of flying?

While he waited for her response, he brought the ship in for a slow soft landing. Powering down the systems, he finally just turned toward her. "Ok, listen. You're startin' to scare me." He said with a smirk, showing that he obviously wasn't scared as much as feeling like he didn't have enough intel about the event. "You need to tell me everything that could be happening tonight. I'm going to have a hell of a time protecting you if you don't tell me all I need to know. So seriously, is there anything I should be worried about tonight?"

Malcom wasn't usually one for taking jobs without enough information, but it was sent to him from a friend within the underground, so he decided to give the woman a shot. It was now about time to see if that trust had been well placed or not.

Taken back by his next few words, maybe she should answer him sooner then later. It seem that now she had to face the facts that would have to give him some of her time, talk to this one in the plot seat. Straighten out her shirt being of plain blend of natural fibers, with her black pants, finding herself wanting to get up to live the cockpit as soon as she felt the soft kiss of the ground.

Knowing that would have to face the fact that would have to speak to this one at less could see his face, unlike their first time meeting before talking her on board. Not having any of her wonderful gadgets could hide behind this time. Nope they all been put away when they first came out of hyperspace. Now knowing that would have to speak to this one, his eyes reminded her a little like her owns staring at her in the mirror when she dare herself to look. It wasn't like she was scared of her own shadows or again.

Now having to answer his question he had been wanting to ask him this whole time, pushing up her glasses before beginning. I..mmm", , intake of a big gulp of air before she moisten her lips to begin. I apologizes first off if I offended you in any way, second it was never my intention to scare you on this trip. Third is that I having to go out in a new place like this, will no I take that back I been here a few times as a child growing up. I just don't like to go out in public places with out one of my disguises on. it was the long pause as for her choice of words that followed.

'I just have this thing about public not doing well, at all those eyes upon a person can really get to someone like me.", growing up she been one of those children that like to hide behind their mama safe and sound. Just what had made her into this kind of person. How much to let telling be done for now at less until she knew him a bit better. Keeper of words she would be, one also would think need to tell of when needed the information.

"If must be known to your Mr. Renolds I was brought here by my mother to a few times in my childhood, I do believe there is a hoilday of the Lunar Night, where the moon is the closest to the planet." Keeping her breathing at a slow pause even those her heart wanted to beat at a faster then normal spend. How could she be forth coming more if she would be, would he judge her harshly. To the point where be put down, nope she had to face the fact of who she was dealing with on this trip, as with any other trips, all being one be the center of attention far from it at all. Wanting to grab out with her own small hands of her to only feel the hard coldness of his armor.

"Oh there nothing to worry about then maybe a few having one to many to drink, but that nothing to get worry about, right I mean..you use to that kind of behavior, Right?

[member="Malcom Renolds"]

Well, it would appear that he pegged her right. She was just a shy type of person. This he could understand quite well, being an introvert himself. It was why he took up the job as a bounty hunter in the first place after all. Lots of time by yourself. Not having to worry about appearances or keeping many people happy. Just the job. This of course would not really be something he'd talk about until they were on a little more friendly terms. Still. He was happy to see her opening up to him a bit. It showed that she was beginning to trust him, which was good. Hard to protect someone that doesn't trust you.

His nervous disposition had disappeared almost as quickly as it had come with her explanation. As long as she wasn't lying to him, this would be a cake walk of an assignment. "That's what you were worried about?" He questioned with a raised eyebrow and a warm smile. "Well don't you worry about a thing darlin'. I'll be the scary looking one that everyone will keep their eyes on so they don't look at you as much. And if someone starts to get a little nosy. I'll make sure they understand you need your space. Deal?" He asked with an offered handshake.

He really wanted her to feel comfortable in his presence. He was there to protect her after all, not take advantage of her. Now granted, that didn't mean he was blind. He indeed found her quite attractive. But if Malcom was anything, it was professional. And given all that she just said, he certainly wasn't going to do anything to make her uneasy.

"As for the having too many drinks....yeah....you could say I'm used to that." He gave a small chuckle as he thought of all the times he had had to much to drink with his vod, or even new acquaintances in the underground. This would be just a walk in the park for him. "Nothin' I can't handle, Alaina."

With that, he stood up and put his helmet back on his head. With a soft hiss, it sealed back up to the rest of his suit. "Ready when you are!" He said confidently, though in a softer tone than he may have used with her before. It was always easier for him to work with whoever it was once he got to know them a little better.

[member="Alaina Merrill"]

It was a load off her chest one could say. Much so when he answer at first all she could do was listen and shake her head yes. To the part that made her chuckle a little bit. Just want going through her little wheels up stairs of hers. In a way one could say thinking was going on always thinking in her mind. 'Oh I'm glad we got that cleared up, as I just didn't know how one like me could carry one of your size, and that armor you mandolorians where must weigh a lot.", trying to lighten the mood just a bit.

It seem that it was time to get this show on the road, knowing that it would be tomorrow before any business could take place with much of the planet dealings at a very slow if not dead stop because of the holiday. Not seeing what the big deal with with the Lunar moon. It wasn't like it was like the other holiday where there was more of history to be played out. Nope this was just fine and dandy to her being this way.

Now for the reason why they couldn't have planed this a bit better timing to come touch down tomorrow. One simple question would answer this all, here to met a person that might known of her father. After all it was her mother that taken her last name. Giving a little smile, as she reach out to have him wait for a few more second before rushing out in the much more crowded and business.

Its now then never, right, it wasn't everyday she was meeting with a kin of her father, just couldn't remember if it was a first or second cousin either way it really didn't matter or did it. Only as the night goes on would it tell. "Wait one more piece of detail, I didn't leave off, just that had to make sure you could be trust a bit, reason why we came a day early."

There it was sort of in the open air would also given a reason why she wasn't dress in her get up for the evening. "There this met up, with a cousin that will just wouldn't be good to go with nothing but myself." , was she expecting trouble no not at all, or at less as far as she knew there was nothing to worry herself about.

[member="Malcom Renolds"]

He almost said she could handle him any time, but checked himself not wanting to make her feel awkward. Instead he simply laughed at the joke. "Yea...they don't exactly make this stuff light. Beskar is good stuff, but god it's heavy."

Standing up, he holstered his pistol, and brought up his heavy sniper rifle. Some people might question his weapon choice, but Malcom had been working with it enough by this point where he could no scope someone in close range. And the farther they got, the easier it would be for him to hit.

He began to walk with her toward the loading ramp when she spoke of something most intriguing. At the mention of a meeting with a cousin early that would be seemingly dangerous to meet alone with, he tilted his head slightly out of curiosity. "Ok. That's fine. I don't mind being a day early...but why wouldn't it be a good idea to meet him or her by yourself?" He wanted to know of course so he knew how best to go about protecting her. Intel was a hunters best friend. The more information you had, the less likely you would lose in a firefight. "I only ask so I know If I should be staying close to you or can give you more space."

He hoped she wouldn't find his question agrivating as he was only trying to do his job to the best of his ability.

[member="Alaina Merrill"]

Stopping as if trying to ponder just how to go about the subject of her cousin clearly he was a good guy. Then in the back of her mind there was that but... that was all it took. Trying to not make a thinking face to long, "Well you see, he mm who to put this best..likes to party hard, just sometimes not the best choice of characters." remember a time before of what almost happen to her being sold as a slave, it was purely showing up at the wrong time, wrong place. It still hunted her to this day.

"Lets just say I was less pleased with the dress that was forced upon, me then anything else.", blushing more then anything at the though of how some of his so called "friends dressed". After all she just wanted to fit in, that wasn't the half off it but would just leave it at that for now. Finding herself taking a deep breath.

Clearly this side of the family hadn't been brought up like she had been or for other reason. Stepping off the ramp, there he was waiting for her as if over joyed. Putting on a smile, seeing that two of his "lady friends" where with him, one had milky white skin and hair while the others clearly a Twe'kie of a blue shade of color.

"Cousin, how.." , clearly something was off with him, seeing that she had brought someone with her.

"Oh it must slip my mind I was bring a business associate with me." Pushing up her glasses clearly not liking what came out of her cousin mouth next.

"Business associate looks like a dam body guard to me, he not one of those shoot first ask question afterward kind of guy." giving her one of his smirks. Looking very fine , my Alaina dear clearly you have grown up, in a fine due able way.", Clearly giving [member="Malcom Renolds"] wink. As she give out a sigh and turn clearly making her feel very unconferrable. Even so she could help but see him whisper to the two girls one on each side.

Clearly she still got her cherry to be popped.

Hearing both of them giggle and snort in much laughter. Before he waved his hand. Clearly I got a lovely and rocking night set up for us to enjoy the Lunar Night on going, maybe you will not be such a tight with those credits of yours."

Look here Burt, I have put the past behind me, of that last visit for the sack of your mother my Dear Aunt but so help me if you.." raising her voice at less from her soft voice just a bit bothered her turn away before she did loose it. For sack of family she would stop herself, from ... Not finishing her thought before her cousin had his arm around her once again.

Come on Cousin don't have your panties in such tight bunch, relax have fun enjoy being back home.

Giving Malcolm a look upward, with a long help look but before she could speak she felt a slap on her butt from one of her cousin best friend one of her childhood friends also.

Look who has came home its shy shy oh my look we have here, you finally letting someone in your pants."

Before anything else could be said or action taken, spoke. Boys I could really use a drink.

That was all it took for them to lead the way to there favorite club. Clearly it was time for her to regain her cosponsor to what just took place.

From what he could tell of her description, this person was just a sick headed perv who took things too far. Those kind of people were easy enough to deal with. One good smack in the teeth with the butt of his rifle would send most of their type of ilk scampering off crying. Why did suddenly seem like it was going to be a terribly awkward night? It was one thing to do that to a stranger. But when was he allowed to intervene with family?

Sadly his assumption of the person was dead on. The man did even get two sentences in before Malcom was disgusted with his manners. And that was saying something coming from him. Malcom said nerry a word to any of them, despite a couple of the comments directed his way. Instead he began unfurling his rifle from off his shoulder with there comments.

When she sent him that look pleading for help, her "family" would hear the sound of his heavy sniper rifle powering up. Before he could even do anything to help, someone walked up and smacked her butt while making some comment about letting someone in her pants finally. That man would suddenly feel the cold tip of the barrel of his long rifle against the front of his shoulder.

With a forceful "nudge" the man would be spun around to face the annoyed mando and the barrel now under his chin. For the first time in this horrific interchange of "welcomes", Malcom finally spoke. " And what if she and I are together? Do you really think it wise, any of you to make one more comment on it?" He paused for a moment to allow the situation to sink in and show the group he did not find their comments or actions amusing.

"Make one more disrespectful comment, or lay another finger on her and I'll have to teach you people some manners. Got it!?" His tone was deadly serious. And when Alaina walked away mentioning a drink, Malcom simply stared into the man eyes with his piercing gaze hidden behind his helmet for a moment or two longer before lowering his rifle from his throat and walking after her.

[member="Alaina Merrill"]

Oh great was her first thought as now had to deal with his side kick, of her cousin. Shaking her own head at the on going. It didn't keep her from catching what happen after her back was turned. It was the came out of his mouth next. To her self she would keep commits about being together. If this kept them in cheek for the night or even the whole time she was to be here on planet.

Taken a few more steps away from the group having to get a hold of herself. Feeling of the fear coming from her cousin best friend now. Hearing a big gulp taken before hearing the whispering. Just back off from Alaina for now...

yea yea i hear you where did she get a bucket head

I don't know..shhhh let just get a drink with her

Giving each other a look as if something more was going on for bring her to the planet.

Alaina let Malcolm catch up to him walking with out saying a word not even looking at him or a head of him. "Thanks" walking on once hearing some more talking coming from her cousin and his best friend. Sometimes I wished.. stopping herself looking back at her cousin letting a long breath out.

Feeling her cousin come along side her with his to escorts. Well, sweet cousin lets go to the old place.

Giving her cousin one of her looks. Fine, lets get this over with.

It was her turn to do the whispering to [member="Malcom Renolds"] please understand this wasn't my choice of place to drink Her own eyes looking upwards toward him with a look of helpless.

Finding themselves off the main gathering for the festivals. Even on the way she had moon necklace place upon her neck. Thanking the little girl kindly enough. Feeling her cousin arm around her once again "Look here cousin no hard feeling before come on you know me cousin."

Yes I do know you why would you bring me to that place you know how I feel, and how it makes me feel to be in a place like that.

Oh come on cousin get off your high place beside I know the owner very well.

Shaking her head once more letting her cousin and friend go a head of them, getting closer to Malcom before speaking. Stay close to me, I don't know what kind of game or what he up but I know my cousin he don't do things with out having a end game in mine.

For now she would play along with his little game. First sign of trouble she would be out of there. The place was down a long stretch of street it wouldn't be at all hard to figure out that it was a pleasure house of sorts.

Stepping up her pace and grabbing a hold of her Cousin shoulder. "Look one drink ONLY got it."

Hearing a voice behind her this gave her a little peace of mind.

Fine, does your boyfriend have to come with you, he might see something more worth his time then someone up tight like you

It seem that she didn't have to answer that just looking towards him. Before this was all done and side she might be paying him more then they had first agree to, oh well if this would keep her from being a part of what ever scam her cousin was up to lately it would be worth it.

Taking her que and not looking at her, he simply walked beside her and responded softly so others couldn't hear. "It's what I do darlin'. It's what I do." He finished more to himself than anything else as he kept a sharp eye out. The Hunter didn't particularly care for them behind them, but didn't have to be concerned for long as they soon closed back up with them.

He listened closely to the conversation and grew more curious as to where they were going for this drink. Realization dawned on him as thy got closer. He definitely could understand her annoyance. This did not seem like her style of place at all. Malcom would give a simple nod at her request that he stay close. "You got it." He finished simply.

When her cousin made her final comment, he had about had enough of them. Slowing down half a step, he moved to just behind him an almost and instant and laid an armored hand on his shoulder. "Excuse me ladies." He said abruptly to the man's escorts so they could let him go. And with that, Malcom jerked the pompous cousin around to face him. In the same fluid motion, Malcom sent his helmet smashing into the man's nose.

Backing off a couple steps, he now had both hands on his rifle though it was still pointed toward the ground, but ready to be raised in an instant. "Ok boys, now listen up." He started rather calmly, as if nothing had just happened. "I'm not usually in the habit of repeating myself, but as you're family, I'll give you another shot to listen. Now I can see you two enjoy acting like spoiled children. However, if you say anything else or do anything else insulting to Alaina..." He raised his rifle some toward the man's crotch. "...I'm going to have to start taking your toys away. Do you understand?" He finished with an unseeing smile. "Good! Now let's go get that drink, shall we?"

Moving back next to Alaina, he said confidently with a smirk. "Ready when you are."

[member="Alaina Merrill"]

Trying to not show her amusement as much as wanted to at this moment. After one thing about growing up with her cousin was he wouldn't take kindly to what just took place. Not helping but having give him a wink before turning around. Hearing what had went on behind her not wanting to watch. "What don't look at me after all he got a mind of his own." shrug to herself turning back around. Putting one of her petite slender hand upon her.

It was a site as it seem that the two escorts was beside themselves. Not knowing what to do first or to just step way while they could. After all was the money worth it. Hearing from her cousin now not in a good mood. Get off me get me a something to stop this bleeding now, girls. Shaking her head once more as she waited for some time.

Well,I thought we was going for that drink.

Just shut up, you can leave that your muscle outside.

Feeling this about to get ugly once again, she place a hand on Malcom arm. Look cousin if you don't like my boyfriend then I guess we go find another place to drink by ourselves.

Holding her breath what seem to be minutes before he looked away from his cousin. my dear sweet no hard feelings, I was just ... Looking towards his best friend Alfred giving him that look to play nice not push any more. Even so Aliana wasn't a fool to know that something more was up with the two of them. Now just hoping that all she had heard with the rumors about mandalorains to be true.

Whispering once again to Malcom Try keep your eyes on me and those around us, I have a feeling that those two are still up to something.

Walking in to a smell of mix of pheromones and death sticks among other things. It look like the kind of place that shady dealings took place nightly. As she did step in some eyes went to here, this caused her to want to flee right a way until her her Cousin Ryan speak up once more. Waving them on through the crowd taking note of maybe a bone or two being broken, fingering that she wasn't going to look or ask. Just maybe this one was doing more then what was required of hired on for.

It wasn't as if she was totally defenceless even those she was still young learner in the force. That was something that would be keep to herself unless that hand was force upon. Taking a seat in a private setting as if they been expected. Keeper look her up and down before speaking to Ryan once more. Sweetie you are more beautiful in person then your cousin gives you credit for if you ever need a job... trying to put a smile upon her lips. I have to decline, ma'dam

A pity to let that beautify go to waste.

Well, it seem my cousin is a bit stuck up when it comes to her looks.

Before the Keeper went to get the drinks, she whisper something into Ryan ear which got a nod from him. There it was she was back with their drinks. Before putting the drink to her lips looking over to Malcom. Oh I don't think he drinks while on duty. giving him a wink, knowing that that helmet of his wasn't coming off any times soon with the crowd that was gathering. Making a toast of good times as she slip on the strong liquids.

[member="Malcom Renolds"]

He caught both winks that were thrown his way and had only to wonder if she was simply playing the part or actually being serious. He gave an unseeing smirk behind his helmet both times simply because he found it cute. The way the cousin so quickly said everything was fine when she suggested somewhere else though instantly sent up a red flag in his mind. First he wanted nothing more than for himself to be gone, and now everything is fine when a new destination is suggested? That indicated something was planned. Something that wouldn't go right if things changed.

It was just a hunch though. And with no proof of any kind outside of a gut feeling, Malcom remained quiet. He did stay close to Alaina, though he didn't pay her much attention. The mando knew she wan't a threat to him, and thus required no watching...no matter how much he may enjoy the prospect. Instead he would watch the people, listen to the conversations and whispers. Even the smells were sometimes worth keeping track of. Though the level of pheromones in the air was annoying. Those dang things always clouded the brain. He instead chose to cut of his air intake and activated his rebreather.

There was a quick comment about Alaina working here followed immediately after by yet another insult from her cousin. This of course brought his gaze about quickly. This time though, he refrained from doing anything. In this place, it might prove unwise. Still, his head tilted to the side slightly when he noticed the keeper whisper something to the cousin right after the offending comment and then disappear. Only to soon reappear with drinks. Warning flag two. If anything was going to happen this evening, it sure did seem like he wouldn't have to wait for very long.

Alaina was right about one thing in regard Malcom. Although he loved his alcohol as much as the next Mando, he never took a drop of the stuff when on duty. He gave a small laugh, and replied. "Yeah, well. Wait till we get home darlin'. Then I'll drink ya under the table." It was at this time, his attention turned a little bit more toward her as she took a sip. He wanted to see her reaction to the drink.

[member="Alaina Merrill"]

Having to break out in a little bit of laughter, Well, well cousin it seem you remember my favorite vintage of wine, not to sweet and not to dry but something does puzzle me to why there a hint of tart to this fine of a wine.

Seeing that there was something a mist as giving a side way look to his best friend Alfred. Before he spoke up once more giving a charming smile, My sweetie darling Alaina its from a new vineyard that just hope up its dark, if just drink more the taste will grown on you. it was the way he laced this upon her, that got her eyes to shift back and forth. Knowing what every those to up to this time, wasn't going to end good either for her or for them only the night would tell as it played out. As had to trust but could she do this to really able to uncovered what those two where up to putting herself in the position of being variable. Chewing on the bottom of her lip as she always does when unsure of what to come.

Ryan voice came to her like dripping honey, LOOK my sweet Alaine would I do anything to upset my darling of a mother with her only Nice from her only dear sister.

Giving out a long sigh as if to stay that he was totally right, to play this game would be her only choice at the moment. Taking another slip or two as she did feel the drink grow on her. As if first time hearing the music play in the back ground. Whoa, wait is that ...

Why yes I surprise you didn't recognize it when you first came in my darling.

Knowing now as Ryan did it had started to work on her as she started to give into her more of meek or in some would call it cautious behavior to more of a relax go with the flow. You think we should dance to it? Giving both a smirking grin, of both answering at the same time. OH YES go have a little fun after all its not everyday you get back to your home. This was going as plan or so they thought now to deal with that thing that seem to want to punch first. They would have to keep on their tip toes until they would make their move to make her disappear in the crowd. Watching her get up, only to make sure she drank a little more of her drink before watching her move to the dance floor as it seem there was already a good crowd had gather to either listen to the music or to do some dancing with one of different gender. Up her hands when to her hair where she had her hair pin up. Once the pins where removed, there coming down like a water fall was her blonde wavy hair coming down around her. Giving Malcom one of temptation look in her eyes.

Even as this was taking place let her darling eyes of her look at Malcom even if couldn't see his own. Knowing they was on her could feel. As if she was now temptation of her own just what those eyes was saying only that was up to Malcom to figure out.

Awww Mal sweetie, what you watching darling to your liking... Letting one of her figure do the calling to him. What now what the two of them was watching to see how Malcom reacted would tell them what they would do with their next move, if any or would they wait.

[member="Malcom Renolds"]

His eyes narrowed as he listened to how the wine was being described. Something yet again was off. She began to act a little strangely, at least for what he had seen of her mannerisms so far. Up till then, she had been the soul of professionalism. A cute, but shy little thing that wanted to keep things on the up and up. Then she bit her bottom lip, an action Malcom knew usually indicated nervousness or indecision. He had seen it many times before when confronting targets. And yet another trait she had not shown much of til just after drinking the wine.

But yet again, it wasn't anything to make a scene over. So far the boys had seemed to have learned there lesson and kept their hands and comments to themselves. But it was then he began to see the strangest behavior from her yet. She seemed to transform into an intoxicatingly sexy woman as she walked out onto the dance floor and moved to the rhythm of the music. Pulling the pins out of her hair and letting loose her beautiful golden locks, he had to take his eyes off her for just a second to stay focused on the task at hand.

Course, her calling to him in that seducing manner was not making it any easier for him to do his job. What was in that drink, he asked himself. Either she was just a terrible lightweight, she was being drugged, or it was all an act to get him out there. He thought on the options. If he went out there, he was closer to her and could talk to her. But then his flanks were much more open to surprises. Here, he was safer to keep an eye and react, but he was farther away.

Opting for the safer bet to keep himself safe, he stayed where he was. After all, if he was taken out from an easy surprise flank attack, she would have nobody to look out for her. The Mando couldn't help but wonder if her tantalizing looks and movements were actually for his benefit from some actual interest, or if it was the drink talking. "Maybe." He said in a tone that said obviously he was liking was he was seeing, but still had to sadly remain vigilant.

There was other eyes that was watching just as much as the next ones in the corner more so with a business mind. Not everyday one could say they got to see something as pure and beautiful as the petite blonde now on the floor with a bit of liquid courage. Clicking his tongue at the fact that there was a element that wasn't expected in the scheme of his plan. No now to have to deal with this variable, that was the tricky part after all not everyday one went up against a fully trained mando. Not able to tell just what he was up to with his armor and visor covering his eyes. One could only guess, could this one be bought for a price maybe just maybe having the first go at Ms. Alaina.

Tapping his finger on the table, as he watching the two debtors whisper among no doubt how do away with the protector of hers. Bring up another good question as the way the two talked that this cousin of their was naive, with judgement of coming with a body guard it seem she might not be as stupid as claim to be. Finding himself raising a hand for two of his shadows to start moving in on the young blonde that seem to be loosing up a bit. Maybe could weed her out away from this one with out knowing before it was done.

Letting the shadows now go with the flow and rhythm of the music. Even so it wasn't the time let them get relax enough as the song came to the end. Even so Alaina could see that Malcom wasn't coming to join. Getting that look of play upon her dancing eyes again as she let her body still swag to the music being played from behind. Before reaching Malcom their in her hand was the rest of her drink with another one waiting, Drink up, my little cousin. Giving a smile Bottom up as she let herself drink to the bottom of the glass only to find another quickly in her hand.

Now where was I ..giving a space out look at the new glass taking a sip before finishing her thought. "Oh, yes maybe? Let her two fingers walk up his arm to his chest. Its a deal on seeing who can drink who under the table..after we leave this place... even with her half state of mind it was as if being told something in the force. As if on clue she half fell more into him so he would have to embrace her. For that moment could whisper, to your 5 o'clock w..at..ch, behind me two my 2 and 8 still there aren't they... letting him answer maybe its time to get back out dancing at the same time so it was hidden that half her drink got poor hoping that no one saw as she put it up to her lips as if she been drinking the whole time.

As she now went out to the floor but with her glass in her hand a bit more miss step then the first time. Also still had a beat in her steps and hips moving them all as one.

He gave the cousin an annoyed glare. To bad it couldn't be seen through his helmet. It said, "would you stop giving her drinks already!?" Before he could voice anything though a second drink had been placed in her hand. "Ok boys. Easy on the booze. We said one drink remember?" His eye caught something before they had a chance to reply. A couple shapes moving through the crowd that didn't quite fit.

Malcom began to focus on their movements, we he lost sight of them from her falling into his form. He quickly looked down an caught her her and her whispered concerned. From his peripheral vision, the Hunter noticed her dumping part of her drink. A smirk flashed on his face. Ah, good girl. He thought to himself. Looks like she wasn't just going with the flow after all.

When she gave her warning about seeing more shady figures including on that he missed somewhere behind him, the hunter began to look for exit options. Perhaps it was best they both went out onto the dance floor and worked their way to the exit. In the crowd though his rifle would be useless unless he wanted to just start mowing down innocents. So while she led him out onto the floor, he threw his rifle over his head and shoulder, allowing it to rest on his back.

Instead he began to unclip the small knives he had strapped to the underside of his forearms. At least those he could use in close quarters, quietly and more precisely.

Now away from her "family" he whispered, "We need to leave Alaina. You think you can work us over toward the exit in a seemingly unintentional way and then we make a break for it?" The Mando was unsure how adept she was at this sort of thing, but he had a feeling she could do just fine.

It was the beat of the music that had her now until that song ended another one started. Even her glass was almost empty now. Hearing what Malcom had said early before the song had started the next song. Timing had to be there, as the music changed its beat, so she knew the time was now. Knowing the drink was stronger now then anything as if something else was slipped into the mix. Knowing for this to work that all eyes had to stay on a part of her not her legs or even Malcom himself. He was just a tag along, that what she would do all those hours she spend by herself while her parents did business with all sort of ones in the galaxy leaving her to herself with the nanny droid.

Being the shy little girl she wasn't the kind that adventure out by herself, thinking she might had been afraid of her shadow a time or two. In beat coming up to him letting them all see her finish her glass, knowing she would only have minutes before she was totally not with it. Hold me glass hot stuff. Giving a way nothing but for a wink in her eye, before the button up blouse came unbutton one at a time, until the blouse was coming off only it wasn't a bra no she had a silky black spangii tank top on with a little push up from her bra that show a little cleave but still most of it stay hind. Moving with the latin beat. Bring her closer to him until he could reach out to grab her. One could tell that she wasn't at all with out some tone, also that her being a more shapely under the baggy blouse she wore into the place.

Its ok..aya pick me up twirler m..e Throwing her head to the side that she wanted to have them go at the same time so ones didn't follow his feet, she bend her back so so her top would be out there. To see to all that went by feel in his hands the blades, letting her eyes do the under standing even if they was slow to react. Giving him more command with her now slurred speech. To twist her out arm lenght pull her back but having them again knowing how to keep the eyes on her even the boss in the back. Until feeling that it was almost time with the beat. Ke..p clo..se..han..ds free...she only done this in her training if that. Before that letting herself take a side bend giving some of her skin to the side of her petite figure a chance to show now. Unlacing something from inside of her boot it was small but something hidden. Not with out her own surprise. Her breathing already had pick up as sweat started to form on her figure as well, only giving to the sexual appeal to the on looker included the ones trying to to get out of their bad dealing with the owner of this place.

Knowing what she was gathering would only work once she would be done, there it was the door and the bouncers letting guest in and out by head count. Out of her hands shoot something strange even now she didn't know if it was a dream or really happen, as she closed her eyes feeling what could be bodies and door flying off its hinges, or was that glass breaking. Feeling hands or was it arm around her as her likes carried her or she hope. Stumble for a few second, to pull the mystery item from her boot. Trying to shoot it only to not have enough force at all to the point of almost a black out as the drug was taking more of a hold, anyone normal would been on the ground out cold but she was a fighter. Hearing Malcom voice now... no..oo I c..ant.. go..t me.. fin..d..eye..clo..sed..sle..pyyy.. pl..ea...Ma..l pu..sh h...a..rd...er..fas..ter..

Moving out to the floor, she didn't seem to acknowledge his words at all. Instead, she seemed to further slip into some delirium. Even going so far as to fire away another flirtatious comment that really seemed like she meant it, toss her glass to him, and then removed her top to reveal a much .....sexier her. He was temporarily thrown off by the sight. His job did occasionally have some interesting perks. Shame she was drugged. Shaking the thought from his mind, he refocused to the serious task at hand.

Something was going down, and they needed to be gone now. Malcom did his best to follow her instructions, giving a quick nod after every order. Soon, they made their way through the crowd. Where the two figures were that he saw earlier, he wasn't sure. Right now, what mattered was getting out of here, and if they weren't there to block his path all the better.

With the exit in sight, they found it guarded by a couple big bouncers. Normally it wouldn't be much of a problem for him, but with having to close track of her, it would be impossible without killing them. What happened next though surprised him greatly.

Turns out the shy little Alaina was a force user. Full of surprises she was. The pulse she sent out knocked doors off their hinges and sent the guards reeling. This was turning into one of the more interesting of his jobs to date. Seeing her stumbling as the drug took hold of her, he simply picked up her small frame as if she didn't weigh a thing. "Hang in there darlin'. We'll get out of here. Just hold it together a little longer." Hopefully he could make use of the opening she managed to prepare without any hindrance.

"If your cousin gets within my range to attack again though, he's gunna pay for this." He grumbled to himself under his breath, not liking the fact that he so easily was able to take down Malcom's charge with drugged drinks. With Alaina in his arms, he ran for the door, discarding all pretense of dancing or being stealthy.

About to tell him to put her down but it was to late there they was reaching the door by now. Even those her thoughts was getting slower and her thinking not the best judgement used. Finding herself start to use her hands to grab at his waist among other place. Nope and nope... as heard her name being called that she was over reacting or was there some cursing involved. Something about being force user, being in trouble. Nope not here she was the innocent one here. Oops daisy.. th..at not...oh ..the..re..

Even before asking she had gotten it or at less manage to get the detonator off of its clip. Hearing some more cursing come out of the bosses mouth, not carry what happen to Malcom but he wanted Alaina for himself to deal with later. Bet..my pa.nts ..not..goin..g Seem to be fumbling with what seem to figure the switch or was it that she was seeing double of everything now. We..ll... why pu...t two..oh...d..ea...rllyy.. I.. wo..uld mooo..vvv.ee. that...sw...eett...l...i.tt..ee..b.u..tt..

Hearing what sounded like Malcom said to throw it..as some how she managed to turn the sucker on. Throwing it as far as she could at the door. After all she just didn't want ..them to follow them. More then anything she was at his mercy. Coming to find herself looking back towards her cousin one more. time coming throw the door. as the bomb went off. NOOOOooo Trying to get down to run to her now to be fallen cousin. Screaming only to find a hand over her mouth for the time. Flashing coming and going from her mind now. Finding him to carrying them a way from the chaos that seem to have now come to be.

"What in the world are you loo----" He was cut off as a hand went to an awkward spot considering the situation. "Do you mind at least waiting till we get back to the ship!?" He joked offhandedly as she quickly moved on to looking for whatever it was. When she produced a grenade and armed it, you could say he was enthusiastically yelling to throw it away quick. When she began flailing around and screaming "no", he quickly game a turn around just in time to see her cousin being blown back by the frag.

Good riddance, he thought to himself, but didn't say it. One lest jerk in the galaxy. Malcom still had no idea what that was all about, but he was glad they seemed to have gotten away so easily. Red flags were still flying in his mind though. Where were the suspicious characters that were moving toward them originally? What was she being drugged for in the first place? And why the kriff was she so torn up about her cousin? He certainly didn't treat her with any respect or dignity, much less love.

At this point, it didn't really matter. His job was to keep her safe. Considering they had just destroyed the entrance to the establishment and killed a couple people more than likely, whatever business she did have hear was now done with.
