Dev Shadows of Atrisia

[Junko Ike]

Junko wanted as she thought about it to see if they could document.. they had recovered from a few other worlds some creatures as well like the lions from Rhen Var that were able to hunt and feel Solari crystals. Great for worlds like Ilum but they were in the polar regions of this world and rarely going to be seen outside of it. There were the large lion turtle like creatures from Dathomir and a few other species on worlds that were mostly obscure but they seemed to present a good chance to expand on more places... the Bo-Dun for instance with their serpent like bodies but human upper halves looked largely Atrisian.

There were other things and she knew some of the creatures that they might be able to find would be impressive... the livestock alone and those small little rodents were adorable... they just were. The Asobi system's nobles who designed their little pets was also an important aspects, then there were fish which could be introduced and monitored. The snakehead like ones were dangerous but they could also be grown en mass and harvested for some meat when done correctly. They had given one of the temple to the As-Aki in the mountains where they had found the weather managable to their smaller bodies... the Del-Ya were well flying around and finding a place among them.

She knew a few of the other species... some were sentient and had been brought there by the Go-Nagai which were from genetics testing Atrisians. They were a descendant that had developed in the outer rim on the other side of the galaxy from breeding with other species and influences of the region. That had been something bbut the Silver Jedi's records of fighting and confronting the species were helpful in trying to paint a picture of what happened long ago... That the few million survivors were transferred here to escape the sith occupation well just meant they were learning about their ancient ancestors as well. IN a region of the planet away from most others.

There was more some of the other species that had been rescued and some of the lesser like livestock but they were impressive. Massive fish, birds... one of them was huge and able to survive in space she haad seen. There was a dragon similar to the Atrisian dragon and those lions they had found on Rhen Var were always beautiful and so warm to be around. SHe loved Xifang but the pair of them were fluffy and they liked the cold but could keep you warm. She was looking at the jedi shop and they had maps of the island as well as the others with the waters cleared and new pens. The strange sheep like creatures that had been discovered were well beautiful to see.

Junko had been led to what was the central temple of the island. compared to many of the otherr Altisian enclaves she had seen this was more open about it. THe others were hidden but tried to disguise themselves... here they had taken the opposite approach and showed the temple and tat they were jedi but they used illusions and concealment to hide the presence on the island. Still seeing the children of the jedi in their white robes. The walls covered in trees, branching and showing the bloodlines of the jedi.. they were an order of force dynasties and displaying everything that they could find information wise but families like the Sunriders and Skywalkers were there.

"This is beautiful." She said it and pointed towards the walls of families as Swan nodded looking over it. "Yeah we have been working to try and discover all that we can and test some of the ones we didn't know about. Families are out there bbbut a few individuals might not know everything about their families history so give them a chance to learn and see if it can benefit the order or them. SOme might not be wanting to acknowledge it or come and join which has been fine compared to other times the orders now are not hurting for members. We can continue our teachings without worrying about there being a last of the jedi."

Junko laughed to that, she knew they didn't exactly struggle but there was a whole lot more jedi groups and someone being the last anything was almost impossible it seemed as another would show up. There was even from time to time taungs appearing or a new world of sith purebloods that just showed up. Extinct species reappeared all of the time same also with planets that had been thought lost or artifacts... now that they could copy and replicate anything there was a dozen holocrons of all types. Atrisia working to get their hands on the primary jedi holocrons and some of the force artifacts for their vaults.

She was seeing some other parts of the area here... the temple itself that was built looked ancient but it was made from the kazue stone so it was a pinkish white... beautiful in many aspects and kyber statues had been fashioned. Stone guardians were on display around the temple with kyber arches from the sabers of fallen jedi and a training method but also a piece that marked different areas of the temple. They had built it with barriers that one needed to meditate at and on. She could see the fountains that they had created to mirror the room of a thousand fountains and it was a beautiful thing... smaller maybe just a hundred but the gardens around ti were nice.

Sitting in the garden though Junko was looking at Swan who had brought out some of the other jedi families. The massive family trees on the walls were being carved and updated always as they found another in the galaxy. A galactic databank if you knew how to read it and the holographic display was able to be accessed with a datapad or in most cases a kirano visor system same as a few more things. She coudl also see some other things.. the Altisians were giving them insights into the jedi much like her family did and they operated in creating and giving information on jedi equipment that can be tested out. The altisian bow for hunting on the island and across the galaxy was something she saw several of them had.

The altisians also tested out the different rolbes as she could see what they were doing here... what they were wearing. Sentinels, guardians and consulors but there was also the smaller subsets of jedi within their own order... it was a beautiful thing here for all of them to check out. "This looks amazing, I hadn't realized how much the children of the jedi had grown." The smile was on her face though seeing a few of the jedi mill around and bow in respect as Swan spoke. "We have been growing... with a chance to nourish our order and not being hunted down or cencored by the jedi order... if anything most of the main jedi orders now ignore us we have been able to thrive."

There was that small problem... was it a problem with the many jedi orders. They wanted to work together but usually devolved into one order wanted the others to join it and serve together under its flags... they were set up as a powerful and dangerous thing which devolved and usually split the orders again. She wanted to see them all unite and work together but ideologically the orders had shifted in terms of their standing. The lightside of the force wasn't the only motivation and there was always another offering... freedom from the oppression of another order or the rules regarding it. Others just wanted evolved jedi who used all of the force but didn't want to say grey jedi.

"It is a good thing, the children of the jedi aren't needed to get involved just yet and they have a perspective that some in the galaxy would want to get hold of. The force blood lines you have protected and cultivated with selective breeding to distill the strongest jedi that can go out and serve within the orders is an important thing." Junko said it while she was thinking it over and the Jadeite did much the same but not to the degree of this order.. they believed in making force dynasties and getting the most powerful force users to expanding the growing knowledge of the force. SHe knew therir family had done it over tens of thousands of years to produce some like herself and Matsu.

"The construction efforts here though are something we have developed and been sharing with your engineers. We were looking at ways to use the kazue stone in newer ways but it is heavy and strong. Which is good but doesn't leave much in the ways for it to be used in construction efforts. As a means to make better roads though we might have figured it out for smart roads to control the flow which is what Atrisia wanted to do with its older dirt and stone roads." That was helpful and having different projects being designed and worked on by different groups would allow them to tackle the different ideas at least. She knew they would hopefully be nice and lucky in regards to the projects.

Junko was looking at it as Swan gave her a diagram and some information. The roadway upgrades would see almost an AI able to control them and the tubes... cause tghey were enclosed would keep them sealed from the environment outside. Maintenace droids would be set up and they would be designed to go into the ground and be overgrown by nature to mask them. It would function to conceal the advanced roadways and work with the atrisian astetic of advanced technology masked by classical designs. Rural meets modern to obscure them from some of the more... judging governments that treated everyone as third world planets with the people living in caves.

There was a look from Swan and she seemed to know what JUnko was thinking... that attitude was universal when it came to some governments and each believed themselves the enlightened... each believed themselves the bestest ever. Atrisia did as well but it also didn't care about spreading itself if it was going to overtake a world they would try and prop up the government and bring about the changes needed to bring it up to match. Economically at first and then culturally they would seek to influence it because making the lives of the people better was easier then just imposing new rules and regulations on them that would annoy them.

"I know that feeling in your head, you went to the place most of the advisors and ambassadors do. Seeing the actions of groups like the Galactic Alliance and how they just steamrolled in here and took over bbut never even met with any of the people. JUst another notch in the belt for them because they own the core worlds." SHe offered a grin though on her face. "It is something as old as well the republic but at least the republic had the decency to pretend to care." THat brought a laungh from Junko who had to admit... yes she agreed with the sentiment more and more while they were checking on some of the hologram displays showing other enclaves within the Commonwealth.

Junko pointed to an image of the enclave here but ti was obscured and didn't show the island it just showed the mountain range. "We haven't added it to the maps but the checks for the enclaves on the colonies should be there. We have the Wukong expanding a little going outward as we re-establish connections with the colonies. Trade routes are opening, influence is returning and for some of the worlds it has been a welcomed thing.. others asked what we can offer them and we have had to offer them what we made to improve the quality of life for the people. Economics have at least given up a leg as everyone wants to make credits. "

That got a grin though... Swan knew that credits would make the galaxy go round better and faster then anything else. Ideals were good and you couldn't eat credits but... you can buy food and many would sell their morals and ideals for credits.. it wasn't a knock against people it was simply the truth and a matter of perspective really. Swan also knew that Junko was bringing a whole lot of information about the rest of the commonwealth, stuff that wasn't known here because she was one of the general diplomats to the commonwealth as a whole not like shoma who met with foreign nations outside of the commonwealth.

"I could use some more jedi advisors when meeting with member worlds... the Galactic Alliance seems to think we are primitive and for amusement... the Commonwealth is looking to expand its influence deeper into sectors like the Farlax sector and the thousands of worlds that are there... if we can set it up then a true golden age of discovery and advancement could happen not just in terms of us but all of those worlds we can meet and explore." They had the terraforming technologies that could improve billions of lives but also each of the worlds... as a means of expansion and a means to improve the relations of it. "I think we can help with that." Swan said it with a grin on her face.

"I know the Commonwealth has been trying to expand but we do not have enough jedi to send with your Wukong across all of the worlds and the two hundred member worlds is more then enough... bringing in the Farlax sector and many of the others will strain ourr works but we do know about drones and places we can set up. It would be an expansion of the jedi order that takes place for thousands of years as worlds are being terraformed and constructed on. A chance for colonies and explorers." With some jedi support even the children of the jedi they would be able to go out and really push their own ideas for exploration and mapping.

Junko rose up so they could walk around and she was going towards the temple itself.. the small garden was being cultivated as Swan stood there with her and they headed through it. Fountains and pools with smaller koi fish, lily pads and water crests that were there set up for them to see. Everything the jedi had here though was also impressive as the kyber arch stood. A training piece for the jedi to use but it the way to move over it without falling off. The narrow pathway impressed her and she looked at the massive arches leading into the temple. "The temple is bigger then I thought it would be." She looked up and the style of it had massive walls and levels you could see from the main doors.

Swan and her were looking at parts of the temple like the levels with gardens, raised dias that were looking more like an imperial court but it was not for show.. it was for the council as they sat down and around with a holographic display in the center to be able to talk. SHe could see where they had their techs and where they had jedi researchers. She was able to see some of the things they were working on with the ponic bays for growing food that would be within the temples themselves. She was able to smell the scents of the animals that they were raising carefully but some of them were cloned meats being cooked or fisheries that raised the best food fish they could feed the people on the islands.

Junko was looking at that though and she had one or two ideas of what they would be able to do... if they were making excessive food here then they were able to charge more then enough even though the jedi didn't charge for their services. Still a whole lot of food being produced would come in handy for any situation or scenario... there was also the chance of what they had here as she could see the livestock being herded into different areas of the island. They had created quite a lot of new areas to accommodate the creatures rescued and recovered. To give them a place here and experiment with seeing which worlds they would be able to be spread to.

She knew they were working on colonies and that they were working to test some of the better equipment... the cloaked bubbles here if they could and they were working on technologically adapting it. A cloak that could be passive and concealing for cities or colonies from the air would be a lot better in many cases as the Atrisians were terraforming the worlds and with works like that any number of things could happen or become a part of it. The worlds might develop creatures or strangeness with the terraforming so they would have to be prepared or if they started doing good it would attract the attention of others who just liked to destroy.

Swan brought some displays up for junko though as she spoke. "We have been doing a lot of experiments though, the Jadeite on Ahch-To have sent some information from the repository as well as creatures they had on the planet. We have been looking into the Ashla root algae." Junko knew what that was.. it was rather cool as she went towards the pool they had set up and it was near the river that went inland or back towards the sea. The algae was bonded with several so different jedi were practicing constructs creation. She had seen it and she had watched a few jedi able to really use it but it was not as easy. "Do you want to give it a try princess?"

She thought about it and given she was here on Atrisia it would be one of the better places to go, the palace itself was near the ocean or at least one of the palaces that she went to. She preferred the beauty of the palace in the southern regions. SHe knew the palace of the mist was not as used but she had made it her own... the palace at Jar'kai, at Xam'chi were beautiful but she needed her own place and they had set this up for her so she would be able to do whatever she wanted or whomever. The empress and emperor did not judge as she more then did her job meeting with the people and establishing more diplomatic ties.

"I would love to." She said it and was walking as she joined a few of the others, one of the strands of algae was there looking at the sun as Junko reached out. Her breathing focused and steady... her body relaxed and her mind searching until she felt it that tug.. that call... that energy that came from the algae... she knew in theory it was just like finding a kyber crystal.. it was like searching out and finding that perfect one that was bonded to you before you were even.... her mind grasped it. That slippery feeling before she reached out and it moved in the water with the force towards her hand. Shifting and slimy to the touch but she was able to touch it as the water around swirled and shifted.

THhe water moved around her hand and formed into a massive horse... picking her up as the water was col but it wasn't being absorbed into her robes.. it just moved with a strange sensation until she was looking down and moving around. The water gleamed as well as the other constructs where Junko could feel it. She was moving around and swan seemed to bring one of her own as she led the way on the back of a large tiger further up river and inland. "Impressive princess. I knew there was something special about you but not many have been able to really bond with them that quickly." SHe smiled though and was going a little faster as Junko managed to keep up.

Junko had to smirk at that and she sat there atop the horse that was growing a little larger and more solid looking in her thoughts. THe focus required was important to note mentally and it was like maintaining an illusion with the white current.. it could take time and effort to master or improve her skills. She would just have a reason to with the isle of mists where her palace was have to make sure there was a way for the algae to survive and exist along with a few other things. That palace though would need to be reconstucted from the ground up itself though as she was going to make sure each aspect of it was well cared for and the very walls.

Swan herself was bringing some attention for the jedi master though as they went upriver and there was a water falls their constructs were easily able to scale... they were beautiful and strong though with the water as stopping at the top there was no pull with the current... there was a beauty to this island as she could see more of it and they were going higher and higher into the hhills. Prepared to defend themselves b ut she doubted it would be needed when the air chilled and cooled... the waters she could feel were more chilled until she could see the ice but they were still in the waters that were moving around them for the moment.

They stopped near a sheet of frozen waterfall that was connected to another section of temple. Her breathing and excitement coming out of her as Junko felt warm in the face from it. This had been exhilarating to say the least and Swan sat there atop of her mount as she turned around and the mountain peak was large enough. With a frozen lake and glacier above them but... she was looking downriver towards the rest of the island. "This is a beautiful sight to behold... what is up here?" She asked it and moved over to the side of the snow covered shore where the water horse remained and looked at her offering a look of interest.

"It is not used as much, we set it up as a sort of early warning and communication relay on the island as well as the top of the barrier for the illusion field." As she was saying it Junko could look out and see the other islands as well as the walls in the distance but there was a vastness to the island itself.. the jedi children were building something here few could really relinquish... they had established a grand network on the island of temples and outposts that observed and allowed a multitude of training outlets. She could also see what was best described as gardens that they were using for the rescued creatures who had been brought.

Junko was also able to check out a few other things here.. this was a communications relay that covered the island and she was seeing the other islands in the distance as from here it looked like she could see most if not all areas of the temples. "Hmmm a relay is helpful and I imagine it can get through the cloaking much easier being closer to it." She tapped her chin as they were exploring and thoughts continued to drift looking towards the doorway as there was no obvious means to open it and she stepped up as a kyber orb appeared looking at her. "You went with thought locks?" SHe turned back towards Swan and it was a tricky way to get a place secured.

"Yes, one of the better ways to keep others out. Thought locks rely on a proper series of thoughts instead of well datacards of cylinders which can be sliced. We have worked to try and operate on certain assumptions and parts though as teaching the other children along with most of the Atrisian education has been well... impressive enough and we want to be able to work on even more of it." Junko had to admit she saw the benefit of it and for a jedi temple well they could teach the students how to do it and have in ingrained in their minds so they could open the doors without alerting others. "Smart as a move and helps keep things protected."

"There was that thought as well as a couple others, we have been looking at ways to help innovate defensive systems for the jedi temples and Atrisian palaces or bases in general but that couldn't be sliced or hacked. Eliminating the need for physical strain and guards or trusting fully in droids was also a part of it." JUnko was gettting the idea and she knew the dangers, fully automation opened the door to hackers and slicers disrupting them but people could be bribed, they could be corrupted and turned.... a mixture and lower tech approach would allow them to do a whole lot and if they managed to incorporate it as lightside aura then it would be something even better.

"Smart and if we can refine it to be specifically for lightsiders then it can keep those corrupted from being able to access parts of the bases or palaces or even get inside of several jedi temples. It would be an innovation to say the least." She said it and believed it... she believed in what they could do with capabilities like that and evolving them as a means of pushing forward. Junko was also looking forward to improve Atrisian and jedi capabilities though as the idea of terraforming with the force was an important one.. if they could ge the technology to work and alter the environment well enough at the molecular level it could benefit expansion and exploration by taking care of poisoned worlds but it would be hard to do.

Again her thoughts were drifting but there was inspiration and long pauses... time forr her mind to race and catch itself in flights not of fancy but flights of reality as she could see where their paths would lead or could lead.. she could see the outcomes of the Atrisian commonwealths endeavors to vastly improve the lives of their people while under the yoke of another government. The jedi masters would just do what they could and had to do as she was receiving updates to her visor that fleets were seen moving on Ahch-To and other worlds... but nothing had been reported as the jedi there were much like Atrisia they knew how to live with a sort of peaceful resolve.

"Are you seeing these reports?" Swan was speaking and she knew the children of the jedi had a stake on Ahch-To as well.. the home of one of the first jedi temple... hotly debnated did mean something to all of them after all. "I am but I am not seeing talks of battle... just of fleets coming there and bypassing all defenses... So business as usual." She said it and chuckled to herself as it was a bad joke.. it wasn't that great but oh it always felt so satisfying to say since someone else got to experience the hair pulling problems presented with the galaxy at large where things never seemed to matter to select individuals.

The two of them were going over the reports as Junko raised a hand and brought the hardlight projector up and out... showing it for the two of them but there wasn't a lot. Like on Takodana there just wasn't a whole lot of information and the stuff was either ignored or not even factored in. Which benefited them... AAhch-To was important for the jedi but with the defenses and things that were brought to the world they would only have so many things to do. Swan seemed to be frowning as she looked at it. "Wow there really is notg a lot of information is there." She had thought Junko was making a joke but the jedi master nodded her head.

"It usually is, one of the things that always happens on Atrisia as well you have seen. Suddenly ships land and hold meetings without any talks among the people or demand festivals and for us to act demure and submissive because it fulfills their view of us." Junko was looking at more of it and trying to rerally figure it all out but she wasn't seeing anything new that would be able to help them or challenge them she was just seeing things that would impact the training or things happening on the planet. "Hmmm but I am not seeing a danger to the Jadeite.. they might not have the operatinal strength that they once did though still production won't stop."
