Avoid detection long enough to build a solid record of their actions/travels/presence. This record could include still images, footage, sensor data, physical evidence, fingerprints, DNA samples, transit receipts, who they meet with, who they kill.

Ideally, avoid detection altogether.

*Must be a Player Character. If in non-public threads, must have their red bounty toggle on throughout.
