WEAKNESSES

• Overheating and Overloading: The SHAC-60 can only be discharged for about 3-4 seconds at a time before overheating or threatening to overload the providing infrastructure - even threatening to stall starfighter grade vessels.
• Reloading: Good for only two or three fire missions at a time the ammunition capacity doesn't allow for long battle wide usage. The reloading process necessitates a proper crew of technicians and supporting infrastructure to keep its resource intensive usage upright.

Requisitioned by Irveric Tavlar of the Sith-Imperial Armed Forces as part of a project to create a armament for use in close range air-support roles the armament is a weapons system for use against heavier armored units in a combination of heavy rounds and an extreme rate of fire which combines to make a force that not only chews through deflector shields but the armor it protects.
