IT-88, the newest analyst in the One Sith was setting up his station on a Core planet in the sector. Anaxes was a military installation for the One Sith and a low part of the totem pole so it was a decent starting point for the droid to begin. He wore a synth-skin suit and using the name Volk. He figured it was best to fit in if 'he' appeared human. Volk set up his console and began to download the entire One Sith Database. He'd need to know where he was working to know what to look for.
Recent reports about a terrorist attack on Coruscant, the attackers were believed to be a Guerrilla group known as the Rebel Alliance. He wanted to start there by watching the Holonet, track transmissions and maybe find a lead on where they are.
When he started, the Holonet was already blowing up with personal holo-vids and news reports about the incident. Volk began pulling every single vid and tagged each address for investigation. Hacking into the Coruscanti News feed, cake, pulling reports and potential informants, cake, getting there to Investigate, unlikely. He'd need much higher clearance to be allowed onto Coruscant.
Then the link that could get him dismantled appeared on his screen, a security vid from a private hangar that captured the footage of the One Sith activating the planetary shields which subsequently killed hundreds of pilots and civilians. Volk stripped the vid off the net and downloaded it to his personal hard-drive and erased it from the net. First day, good start. He filed all the vids he discovered and sent the upstairs to the big bosses, hoping that pulling the vids may help him as a newbie.
